So here's an interesting situation.

We have WAS on Friday and IND on Saturday. I want KG to be there for IND on Saturday but if Kidd sticks to his system, KG will be out of that game.

Have him sit against WAS because we should have enough talent to beat them. Pull all out stops against IND and try to knock them off.

Whichever way we play the Pacers, we need to give them their first loss of the season and make a statement.
They were our beotch last season. This season should be no different.
Lopez better make Hibbert call him Papi Chulo.

I will be there a few rows from center court. :0)

Remind Pierce that when he's on the court, he's THE TRUTH, not Paul.

Go out there any play like it!

I really hope we don't overlook this Wizards game because of Saturday night. This seems like a trap game in that regard. Gortat can defend Lopez well, Nene has his moments against us and Wall and Beal will be blowing past D.Will and JJ all night I worry.

Plus, we have yet to win on the road.

I'm expecting the worst in case you can't tell.

Keys to winning:
-Limit the turnovers so they can't run on us
-Establish Lopez early and get Gortat and Nene in foul trouble
-Wall and Beal need to be contained.
-D.Will needs to play 30+ minutes and neutralize Wall

we can beat indy without KG... hell we smacked them 3 times without him last year, once without dwill as well. we match up well with indy. as long as lopez, dwill, and johnson play we should beat them

the wiz matchup i dont like nearly as much. wall/beal are a hand full. thats going to be the tougher game, id rather have kg for that one

I don't think it'll be good practice to rest KG on the first game because the second is harder. We can't overlook anyone and I'm sure that would make our opponents play with chips on their shoulders.

Hopefully Wall and Beal's athleticism isn't too much for us. Make these guys take bone headed shots.

Or, we don't rest KG for either game. His minutes load has been extremely light so far. If you want to keep him on an even tighter minutes restriction for one of the games, fine, but giving him a game off already considering how early it is and how few minutes he's played is really overdoing it imo.

The guy is old, but he's not decrepit.

Washington gives up 75% shooting at the rim, so there is really no reason why Brook can't have another dominant night.

yeas i agree KG should play this back to back, i read he has played a total of 40 min this season although i think he has play more than that. The chemistry still developing, why rest one of the main pieces?

I don't think KG will sit out. We already know he's playing against the Wiz. The guy fiercely resisted sitting out all b2bs earlier in the year. A b2b against Indiana this early in the year considering how few minutes he's played? I think he'll play.

Let's blow them out early so our starters can rest for indy. I think giving indy their first loss will be a bigger statement then when we beat the heat

I like this wizards team and wouldn't be surprised if both Beal and Wall run us out of the gym. That being said no one on that team can guard Lopez and our bench should destroy the Wizards' subs. I'm thinking we win 99-91.

I think it's going to be tough for a good part of the game trying to defend the transition game but ultimately our depth will save us. Our bench > most benches.

This is going to be a test for Blatche. Last time we played the Wiz, albeit preseason, he was trying too hard and played terrible. Hopefully he doesn't let the crowd affect his play, and if it does, the rest of the team reels him in quickly.

Wiz fan here. Really looking forward to this game in seeing how good we can be. We started 0-3 but Gortat came off the bench in game one and Nene didnt play the next 2. The last game was the 1st game we ran the Gortat-Nene starting lineup. Before that we were very undersized. We also shortened the bench last game. Im not talking trash but I dont think it would be smart for you guys to rest KG and assume a win here.

Beal was a beast in the 2nd half last year and was argubaly was the MVP of the league in the Preseason but you can tell he's pressing now because that made him feel like he would dominate this year. Hopefully he'll start to settle down. Wall is playing great and hit 5 threes last game. Wiz fans love it if he improved his J but are also worried that he might start settling for 3's or jumpers instead of attacking.

Either way, I dont see you guys blowing us out like some say. They are confident with this lineup and usually play better at home. We matchup well with you guys and you may be looking forward more to the Indy game. Goodluck. I think if healthy at playoff time, you guys can knockoff the Heat
