Wall & Beal.... trouble....

I like the Wizards, but I don't fear them. They don't play fast at all and their offense is simply Ok. The Nets have to let Wall shoot from three and force Beal to put it on the floor. Nene nor Gortat are world beaters defensively so Lopez should be fine (if he plays). If the Nets are able to limit the wizards' three point shooting then they should win this one.

I mean, on paper, they're a bad matchup for us...but we built up a double digit lead late in the game IN Washington, and we really should have won that game if not for an epic collapse. And that was when we were playing atrocious basketball. We've been a much better team lately, we're playing hard on a consistent basis (shocking), and we're at home.

I'm feeling ok about this one. D-Will's been playing like an absolute stud since coming back, hopefully he keeps it up. He's averaging 19/8 on 68% TS in the last 4 games. And our offense as a whole has been averaging a 114 ORating over that stretch.

I just SMH when I think about the posters who wished he never came back from his injury, or at least, wanted him to stay out as long as possible, because D-Will would ruin the team's "energy". And that's really not directed at just one poster either, there were actually multiple posters who said the same thing.

Its all about how many 3's the Wizards are going to make...how far you let them get out in front of you and if Lopez can play how well you can wear them down inside and have their defense collapse...

If we get them in foul trouble early each quarter we only increase out chances of winning this one...I like the Wizards, I like their confidence (most of the time), but their beatable if they're shook defensively...

Wiz fan here, good luck to you guys tonight. The Wiz beat writer tweeted something out earlier, it sounds like Nene is going to give it a go, which means we'd be at full strength for the first time all season.

Bropez practiced fully yesterday. He should play.

Hopefully Brook is back, even in limited minutes. Hope Nene is out, any help would be good.

Nets get their 10th win & creep back to .500 some more.

Another game against Philly should help too. Brook might be able to sit that out & stay out till Monday night then (would be nice).

Actually, the Wiz are pretty good offensively when everyone is in the lineup...which hasn't been often.

And as for the Wiz not playing fast at all...are you referring to pace or fastbreak points?

They are the 4th best fastbreak team if I'm not mistaken.

still not that until Harrington returns. Im sure some of you dont like him but I trust his moxie late in the year
