Kyrie's out so there's no reason to lose this game.

Hopefully, as long as we protect the perimeter and contest the 3 ball...

CJ Miles hits 6 3 pointers tonight and Caves win lol. The Nets killer CJ Miles strikes again, and somewhere Billy King salivates for him to be on the Nets.

My heart wants to believe that D-Will will finally realize that he must beast it in every game in order for us to compete (since no one else is really capable of doing what he can do on a nightly basis).
Even in short spurts, AK displays the highest IQ on the team and disrupts the flow of the game for the opponent while making things easier for us on the offensive end.
I'm hoping that Blatche comes back with his head on straight and plays like the player we know he's capable of playing.
Without Bynum and Kyrie, my heart says that we should win this game by 8-10, but head says that this will be a nail-biter just because that's what we do.
While I'll be disappointed if we lose this game, I'll be far from surprised.

D-Will should feast this game. Prove that you are really back and last game was not a fluke.

Damn, today could've been the game where we had everyone back. Poor Lopez

D Will should understand he's need to be agreesive and look for his offense early. With SL hopefully in the starting line up D Will can continue to come off of screens.

So KG is resting, Blatche is back, but Evans gets the start.
I'll never understand these coaches' infatuation with playing Reggie, let alone starting him. He's supposed to "anchor" our defense tonight? Oh boy...

Brook had a first metatarsal osteotomy where they reposition the bones in the foot. Worked for Big Z once, gave life to his career.

Kidd is so stupid. The Hawks have no size or rebounders but you would rather rest KG against a team with size and rebounders.
What a dumbass.

I can't understand starting Evans either.
Also, I don't know why KG is sitting. This is not a back to back. The same thing happened the 2nd time we played the 76ers. Completely overlooked the team. We had a game two days prior and weren't playing the Pacers till 3 days after, but the decision to sit KG so he could rest for the game against the Pacers; so he can start in a game we got blown out in. The Nets ended up losing that game at the 76ers by a point. Who knows what happens with KG, he's not a huge difference maker, but I still think it sends the wrong message.
Cannot overlook teams like the 76ers, the Cavs. Pierce summed it up best when he said we are a bottom feeder ourselves. I think Kidd is sitting KG in games he believes the team can win without him. I believe its an issue that he's not taking every team seriously and is overlooking teams.

At the beginning of the season, the logic was that Kidd wanted a fresh KG for the playoffs and in order to achieve this we needed to rest KG.
The problem now is that we're not even guaranteed to make the playoffs and we're still acting as if this season is going according to plan.
I think the Nets will realize how pissed off people are when all of those season ticket holders don't renew. It seems like the only way to get their attention is when money is involved.

Kidd thinks by imitating Popovich that he's doing the correct thing, but this sitting players despite no back to backs is incredibly stupid.
We just had one of if not the biggest win of the season against OKC on the road, we should be trying to build upon that, not to taking nights off unnecessarily. Jason kidd Logic roaring its ugly head once again.
