Couple questions for the game. Will Garnett make a lay up? Will pierce make a smart move? Will JJ take more than 4 shots? Will deron be outplayed by another pg?

Doubtful, he can't make a wide open layup, and now he'll go up against Hibbert. Also, if recent history is any indication...he'll pick up 2 quick fouls within 2 minutes and be on the bench immediately.

BK nets BK wrote:Will pierce make a smart move?

Nah, he'll probably generate 4-6 easy transition baskets for the Pacers by doing his patented "telegraphed crosscourt pass right into the hands of a defender".

BK nets BK wrote:Will JJ take more than 4 shots?

Who the **** knows?

BK nets BK wrote:Will deron be outplayed by another pg?

Absolutely. I expect him to play super passive and go like 3-7 for 8 points, while George Hill hits 4 threes, and goes for 20 points.

Nets stink against Pacers.

Nets stink on heel ends of b2b games.

JJ has gone into his usual and expected slump.

Deron is playing uninspired basketball.

KG is reverting to his start of season self.

There is no leader and no accountability.

Stevenson is mad he's not an All Star.

Playing in Indy.

Is there anything that says we're going to win tonight?

It's not going to be pretty tonight.

It's sad, with all the progress we made in January. For the team to lay an egg like they have over the last couple of games. Everything good that has been done is pretty much eliminated.

I know OKC was on fire and we were probably going to lose, but at least show some resolve and fight.

Even if we don't win tonight, I want to at least see these guys go hard. I want to see DWill take over as best as he can. Like shoot the ball over a dozen times. Drive and make contact and keep it going.

BTW, nice game thread. PROPS Paradise.... if the game goes to crap quickly, just load up page 1 here and don't scroll down past first post. Would be more entertaining than Nets loss.

i really want us to lose and there to be an altercation between a few of our players or our players/coach or king coming out and saying something, etc...

something has to give. this team cant be content with being an awful laughing stock. i'd love to see like anderson call out dwill for weak effort, dwill say something back, then anderson clock him in the face or something. or have King come out and call out williams/johnson/pierce/KG by name saying they are sackless.

someone in this organazation at the player, coach, or management level needs to care and they need to start showing it.

The first page of this thread convinced me to throw down money on Indy. Which means Nets will win outright. You're welcome!
