I did last year with my wife at our wedding. It was during a Knicks game and we had guests sign a Nets basketball instead of a traditional guest book. I'll see if I can upload video.

Yes, I remember my wife read the response email and it was like we won the lotto! It was pretty cool watching the game with friends and seeing ourselves on TV being announced by Ian Eagle. I made a comment about Eagle's invitation being "Lost in the mail" as a joke but they didn't include it. Still it was a neat deal.
