What are 3 things you give Kidd credit for?

Kidd gets a lot of criticism, and I personally think it's totally deserved, because he makes a lot of really dumb decisions, but if you had to give him credit for 3 things this season, what would it be? For me:
-KG's health
I personally think KG could stay fresh and healthy and still play a few more minutes than he currently is, but clearly, Kidd's minutes restriction has been great for Garnett. I haven't heard a single thing regarding Garnett's health this season, not even a minor injury, or not even anything that's been bothering him. That's amazing.
-Mirza stepping up
Avery and PJ gave up on him without really giving him an opportunity, and when he did get playing time, he wasn't put in a good position to succeed. Furthermore, they really restricted him to being solely a spot up shooter, when it's clear that he's a lot more than that. Kidd has given him a consistent role, and he's allowing Mirza to show off the other facets to his game outside of his pure shooting ability, and I definitely have to give credit to Kidd for that.
-Trying new things
With Avery and PJ, we had two stubborn people that never deviated from their gameplans, even when they blatantly didn't work. At least with Kidd, although he's pretty stubborn too, at least he tries different things to see if they work. He's benched Pierce and Deron at different points, he's decided to go small, he's used Livingston in various roles based on the team needs. He also realized that Plumlee was a better player than Evans at this point and made him the 3rd string center.
