Voting rules for non-Nets board posters:
Spoiler:
If you are not a regular on the Nets board or you don't post here often you need to vote for 3 rounds in a row in order for your votes to count.

I welcome outsiders to vote, but we don't want outsiders intentionally screwing up our rankings. No hard feelings but this is the most effective method I can use to make sure non-regular posters aren't sabotaging our system.

I'll reiterate what I said a while ago: what's the rationale for nominating Deron? What about guys like Ty Lawson, Isaiah Thomas, Joakim Noah, and Joe Johnson? What about David Lee?

BTW, I changed my nomination. I like Westbrook, but he's missed WAY too many games to make top 25. Didn't realize that he's not even gonna crack 50 games this year.

The rationale is "We're Nets fans so we gotta support the Nets" lol.

IMO, D-Will wouldn't even be nominated if we went to 30. This guy disappears so often it's uncanny.

He's played better since earlier in the year for sure, but yeah, I can't take him over any of the guys that have already made the list, so that's 22 players right there. I can't take him over any of the nominees, so that's 28 players. I can't take him over 4 of the guys I mentioned (I think Deron vs Johnson is debatable). So that's 32 players that he has no business being ranked over. And in addition to Johnson, I'm sure there are other players that are debatable with Deron.

He's very clearly not a top 30 player this year, and MAY even have trouble cracking the top 40. And I recognize his improved play since the ASB, but he still hasn't been good enough to warrant top 25 consideration.

I'd agree. especially when there are more deserving players on his own team.

Johnson
16/3/3
45/40/82
57 TS%
15.8 PER

Williams
14/6/2
45/36/80
56 TS%
17.8 PER

and johnson has been much more consistent, and our 2 best months of the season Jan and mar JJ carried us. Johnson has also been the better defender, been clutch late in games, and has played 14 more games, wihch i think is means alot on a team that has a ton of old guys who miss time.
