Going to this game, should be fun. Win this game and the Series is in our hands. Im afraid the Nets will blow it but time to step on their throats.

We nearly blew them out in Game 3; I do not expect them to allow the game to get away like that again.

Prediction: Nets 108 Raptors 97

To All Trolls,

The amount of you that jerseyjac and I had to deal with this season was absolutely pathetic and we are sick of you. Be aware that your antics will not be tolerated and will be met with accordingly:

1.) A ban, ranging from 12 hours to an outright permanent one, depending on your record on RealGM
2.) A deletion of said troll posts on this board

Don't bother using a duplicate account either as that will be banned along with your regular account as well. Don't troll and use common sense.

Honestly just feed Joe Johnson the ball. I have yet to see anyone on Toronto shut him down. He's balling!

Lol that gif is amazing

Anyway back to the game I think we blow them out. If they had completed the comeback then I would say we're in trouble but I think them giving it they're all and still choking it away at the end will kill their spirit. I'm predicting nets 106- raptors 93

AK47 NEEDS to be the first wing off the bench. He's the perfect replacement for Livingston. He's proven he can guard DD infinitely better than AA, so there should be no excuse.

I would go with Blatche as the first back up big. I'm just afraid of bad Blatche coming out. Wouldn't be surprised if Kidd goes Plumlee as first sub then Blatche a little bit later. Plums been bad though. He's earned a short leash.

Still want to show some faith in Thornton. He had some good looks today and he was WAY off on them. I trust he'll knock them down tomorrow. I liked his aggression today.

If Marcus/Mirza/Blatche are playing with AK47, I have complete trust in them to play well.

I'm not sure I like having Livingston out there with our closing lineup. He certainly hurt us today. Having him handle the ball in crunch time on a day when Deron is playing well just isn't smart.

Right now the most concerning thing is how our backup wings have been zeros on offense. Anderson, Thornton, AK, and arguably even Livingston need to pick it up. Thornton is just missing, but it feels like the rest of them are afraid to even take a shot. Deron, JJ, and Pierce are the only reliable scorers we've had this series.

Still, the only game we've lost this series in this one in which we were manhandled on the boards, and even then we had a chance.

Thornton needs to pick it up, I'm really disappointed in his lack of production so far.

MGrand I still bring Plumlee off of the bench first and give him a chance. If he doesn't have it, then go with Blatche. I don't buy Blatche playing the same way that he played last night for the rest of this series.

But yes, its baffling as to why AK47 isn't the first player off of the bench, period. Just put the dude out there and let him wreak havoc.

I just hope Deron's struggles from the line late in the game don't kill his confidence for the rest of the playoffs. Normally, I wouldn't think so...missed FTs happen...but he was being assertive, he was being aggressive, he was putting his will on the game...and then he missed 3 big FTs. For a guy whose confidence is such a roller coaster ride in general, if that stops him from being as aggressive as he was in game 3, then we're in trouble.

I mean, it was pretty easy to see how much better we are as a team when he was aggressive, right? He needs to keep playing that way. I don't want to see passive Deron ever again.

I'm doubtful we will see that same Blatche for every game in the playoffs. Plumlee looks intimidated out there.

DWill should play like that every game.

Home Blatche > Road Blatche

Anderson's D > Anderson's offense

These are the 2 things Kidd needs to micromanage.

Blatche plays like a big when he is at Barclays. Everything is inside the paint. On the road he functions as an oversize guard and settles for long jump shots.

Anderson needs to know his role as a pure defender and stop taking a shot every time he touches the ball.

id keep rolling thornton out there... the good thing about him is he is uneffected by a bad game. eventually that 20 point 6 three game is coming.

for me the missed dagger 3 wide open straight away was just as bad. he hits that and its game over. he missed, lowry gets the and 1 and its a 7 point game.

also, we got to cute at the end, just trying to run it down to 2 seconds instead of being aggressive offensively. that strategy is fine at 3 minutes, not at 9 minutes

i feel the same, maybe blatche isnt great but he isnt getting pushed around. plumlee hasnt given us much on either end and fouls a ton. id roll with blatche, he has the potential to get val in foul trouble, which is important

This is an enormous game. We really CANT lose this game. im not sure we are beating them again on the road, so this is really a must win.... it would also really put the pressure on them. asking a young team that has been rattled and making excuses to win 3 games in a row, 1 on the road is a tall task, and a situation we need to put them in.

We also dont want to give them any confidence in our building. we need a blowout 20 point win that isnt close at any point
