Derons problem isn't that he doesn't attack the basket, is that he's one of the worst players at finishing.

Derons problem isn't that he doesn't attack the basket, is that he's one of the worst players at finishing.

I disagree, he's pretty much incapable of getting to the rim nowadays, and he's also super passive and defers most opportunities he could attack anyway. It's pretty bad. Like the last and-1 Jack just had...Deron could only dream of doing that now.

He's not tony parker, but he's still capable of getting past his man on certain occasions. Too bad he just throws it up and misses badly when he does.

Deron wasn't able to get by an opposing PF just now. I'd say his ability to get to the rim is a huge problem, in addition to his ability to finish.
