This is more than likely a 4 game sweep, I can see us not getting blown out in at least one game.

You already posted this in all the other topics, we know your opinion, move on. Cant you just once be positive and just root for the team. Its that time of year you know, PLAYOFFS! No matter what the reality might be, real fans just root and root hard for their team, instead of pointing out how grim and dark everything look.

I think this will be quite competative game. Go Nets, prove that we belong here. We got here in the last possible hour, now gotta pick our crap up and play!

Oh for christ's sake, shut the **** up with this stupidity. I am rooting for the team, I am just being bluntly honest. We're not that good, and the Hawks play elite level ball, their highest paid players actually show up and ours play like dogs especially in big games. What else do you want me to say, seriously? I'm not going to pretend that the way we played over the last 5 days will just magically correct itself. Just because I am capable of being able to assess the the situation using critical thought while maintaining my fandom doesn't make me any less of a fan than you are. I'm not trying to get banned but some of you guys have been borderline personal attacking me over the last few days and I'm not one to take that ****. I'm trying to talk basketball and about the team, whether it be positive or negative, not get into stupid flame wars because a few ass holes don't share my opinion. I'm talking to you, 624, Speedy, and anyone else who has tried to start **** with me. Get off my goddamn back already.

Just because I have an opinion that isn't positive doesn't mean that I'm not rooting for the team. Some of you guys take the homering stuff to the point where you just wanna be a bunch of ass holes towards anyone that isn't saying the same **** that you are. Check every game thread this season, I've rooted just as hard as anyone else for this team. When we play great, I'm usually going nuts. When we stink up the gym, I'll be honest about it. So please...don't ever question my fandom again.

Gotta hope Lopez doesn't get in foul trouble and spam him early. Gotta hope Deron's shot is on, it will effect the entire series.

IS the playoffs i don't care, its all about match ups and pace :banghead: JJ has to abuse the Hawks guards, Hawks don't have a legit center so Brook has to dominate, play under Jeff T pNR, let Horford shoot jumpers, double Millsap, I mean lets go.

WE BELIEVE!! well... I believe, lets go Nets.

I love your team and how you guys play. if you werent playing us id be rooting for you guys big time like i did last year vs indy. hopefully the ents can steal this series somehow, but if not im jumping on the hawks bandwagon for the duration of the playoffs

We are hated on more than any franchise. Our game thread on the general board is a god damn joke. Glad I'm banned from there so I'm not wasting my time arguing with those plebs.

You dont think horford is a legit center? He had his way with lopez these past 2 games and brook had a real hard time getting to his spots. the hawks play elite defense, so it isnt about one guy. they play a true team defense like the spurs or the heat of the past few seasons. they are going to double and trap and rotate. we need to move the ball well.

i think for brook key is active on the offensive glass and second chance points. not taking jumper or posting up and throwing up off balanced hooks

Horford isn't really a good match up for Brook due to the fact that he's a PF playing center. The Hawks will do their damndest to keep the ball out of Brook's hands

Our only hope? Johnson, Williams, and Bo-Yan have to keep the defense honest, and force the Hawks to adjust so that things can be opened up for Lopez to return to Beast Lopez form from the previous games.

Honestly, I believe that Brook will play hard. It's the other guys I'm worried about.

I wish Lopez would play like he did against Chicago Game 1 in 2013. The only time I've ever seen him try and dunk the ball every single time he was in the paint. Never seen this current era play with that much energy before.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
