No Teague or Bazemore. This feels like a winnable game. Put RHJ on Korver and deny his touches. If we can win this one we can start a possible 4 game win streak. @ Cha, @ Bos, vs Bos are all games we can win although Boston has given us problems.

This schedule has been ridiculously bias. We dont get consecutive home games until the end of Nov. We need to fight through it but things get much easier in Dec

No Teague but Dennis Schroder is going to open a can of WHUPASS.

hopefully if the schedule is a killer in the beginning that towards the end it will be much more easier/flexible...

of course, we would need to be a better team for sure.

Paradise, we pick swapped with the Clippers. If they don't have the 4th best record or higher in the league, they swap with us.

We'll most likely have their late 2nd round pick.

I forgot about that. The Clippers have to finish at least 2nd in the West. I think they could but with our luck, probably not.

would rather korver out then teague. korver changes things entirely. you cant help off korver. Sticking RHJ on korver is fine, but the issue isnt so much staying with lorver as it is decideding to help on the pick and roll or not. that has killed us vs them for a couple seasons now

bazemore looked like ben wallace last time against us blocking shots. i will give hollins credit if he benches or limit joes minutes. jack is playing much better the past few games and even showing some defense. i think some teams will ask him by the trade deadline if he can keep this up.

I think Markel Brown should get some minutes guarding Korver because RHJ get caught up in the screens sometimes and Brown have done ok in the past with keeping up with korver, or he can spend some minutes guarding Schroder too. I expect the wings (Bojan, Joe) to do well tonight. Hoping for the same Jack we had these past 2 games

Yeah if Jack can keep up the scoring and assists that would be great. Can't ask for anything more really.

well, he has kind of destroyed thad, and anyone else.

i like that they are going big. we match up better with them big. and it allow someone else to help besides korvers man from the wing and lopez doesnt have to gaurd horford.

Why would they help if Millsap is still a good 3 point shooter, better than Thabo, and Horford is a good 3 point shooter as well, better than Thad. Splitter is a good man/pick n roll defender and have size and strength to bang with lopez and also has a nice touch around the rim. I don´t think we match up well at all. The bench have to step up tonight

oh god. you can't even switch off and have Thad guard Millsap because Horford would kick Joe's ass even worse.

they HAVE to help. that is a given, since they wont just give free layups at the hoop. I guess you make a good point about milsap being a better 3point shooter then thabo, although it is minimal. i guess it doesnt make much of a difference in that regard.

i really dont care about them defensively. our offense is kind of trash no matter what. and lopez will beast anyone they have if he comes to play, and put up 15/6 against anyone if he decides not to. all depends what brook we get.

but defensively, brook can handle splitter alot easier then horford. and it makes them slower and less likely for us to get killed rotating and helping.

i dont like the matchup either way, we are awful and they are good. but id prefer them going big. we match up better for sure.
