It may not have worked out but I loved having a legend in our borough. Thanks for the brief but fond memories.

This will be another ass whipping. Towns is going to embarrass Lopez, and Wiggins is probably dropping 25 or better today.

I can't imagine the Nets losing this. I mean, they've played hard and were 'close' against better teams recently. Surely they know this is one of the rare games where they're actually slight favourites. I hope/expect them to play hard from the start. If they lose this... I guess we can close this board until the off-season.

bogdanovic is so bad this year, and joe johnson is just old

trade all the dead weight on this roster for anything you can get.

Don't get why Johnson still handles the ball so much at the end of halves.

Jack is trash. He can't even guard Rubio who barely scores. When Shane returns and gets into rhythm once again, I'd rather have him start over this inconsistent assclown. Watching this crap is hard to do. At least Brook brought his balls this afternoon. Nobody else did.

We're not getting that far away from the stage where wins really don't matter given the hole to other teams in the standings. The Nets just might as well play the younger guys that have a chance to stick around in the next year or two.

This is just tragic though. The Nets are on the way to the third worst record in the league. :noway:

-Young was awful. He's been struggling for the last three games now. He needs to get it together or else we should be shopping him to get the highest value. I know the PR would be bad since he has invested into being a Brooklynite and the first to do it since the Dodgers but we need to start thinking ahead.

-Johnson is a zombie. He doesn't think. Commits stupid fouls, stupid passes and of course can't score. He's no leader. Can we start buyout talks already?

-Bogs tries but he simply isn't that good. He could be but he will always be an inconsistent talent. We need to move on from him.

-Jack needs to be benched. Like I already said, Shane Larkin should be starting once he is fully recovered from the concussion. He's much better defensively and he is a much more consistent shooter right now than Jack. People need to hop off that Golden State stint he had.

-I'm still trying to figure out what Thomas Robinson did to not even get minutes anymore. I guess Hollins prefers watching lethargic effort and not rewarding hard workers.

-Brook had a nice game aside from the turnovers. 20/12/5/2. He's capable of Gasol esque stat lines but it shouldn't take an embarrassing performance last Monday to get him to play dominant basketball for three straight games.

Not much else to say. We suck. Nothing enjoyable to look forward to until Larkin/RHJ/McCullough are cleared to play. Even rooting for the Clippers in order to keep our pick seems like a miracle.

Ugh.

King should arrive to work tomorrow morning with his office belongs packed up in boxes.

I knew the Wolves would rip us. Young, hungry, aggressive kids. Meanwhile, lethargy and apathy are beginning to rear its ugly head especially with both RHJ and Larkin out and the losses mounting. This is what you don't want to see....low energy, and a coach who is already planning on how he'll spend the 9 million dollars owed to him over the next two years after he gets fired.

trade jack at trade deadline and go with larkin and sloan. thad needs a game off or reduced minutes, looks tired. bogs sucks, ellington sucks even worse this year than with lakers last year. bogs has regressed. markel has no future here except to live out his cheap contract. karasev will be gone at end of year. trade bargnani at deadline and let mccullough play. thomas robinson should play over bargnani since bargnani has no future here. get rid of joe johnson for anything.

start markel brown and get joe johnson out of starting lineup, at least brown gives you effort, defense, rebounding, and smart play, bogdanovic sucks this year as well as joe, they should be limited. play donald sloan more as well. get someone else besides joe to play small forward, joe is washed up. put karasev at small forward.

Didn't even watch. I cannot continue to torture myself watching such a colossal failure of a franchise.

Did not watch and felt great doing so. I am weaning myself off this team until they make a move or MCC is cleared to play.

A game would imply competition correct?

I probably won't watch or attend another game until we make significant changes to our lineup and roster. The best way to make these guys aware of our anger and contempt is to simply not spend our money or time on their crap product.

So apparently, Bargs called the team out and mentioned needing a "different attitude". Lol.

One day we will look back on this season and we will not look at the record or the names. It will be remembered for being the nets team that Andrea Bargnani called out for lack of effort.

I'll say this, he's actually been aggressive (on offense) when I see him out there.

If it takes Bargs calling out people to make changes then so be it. Something needs to happen...anything.
