This team's bball iq is ridiculously low.

I've been impressed by Brook as of late - he's no longer playing soft and seems to be accepting the challenge of other centers - accepting the contact and daring them to stop him

Our backcourt should be called "Brooklyn's Journeymen"

Good win though, Utah kicked our ass in Brooklyn and this Utah team is very tough to play. Great job beating them on the road.

Wow we sure know how to try and lose games lol guys missing way too many free throws down the stretch. Lopez finally playing with some balls, great dunk on Hobert it should of been an and1 . Very surprised we won this game , Utah is one of the toughest places to play. This team is really playing team basketball and sharing the ball since joe left and also playing scrappy D . I think we got like 11 steals tonight . Very good win for us

Was Johnson buyout addition by subtraction? super early , but if we go on a win streak I will be surprised.

We almost won in Portland also. You can make the argument that the toughest games were those two cities and this team held it's own twice.

Having the finishing play come from a Lopez post up, catch, hook spin and attack dunk on Rudy Gobert.

Yep. I like it. This is why getting rid of Joe was imperative. It put everyone outside of their comfort zones. Brook was super aggressive vs. Gobert in the 4th.

On a side note, I was pretty impressed by Hayward tonight. If Nets have caproom in 2017 FA, he would be an interesting option.

Yup that too ... I think Thad said after the game that we have the most losses with 5 points or less in the league smh I just wish we won some of those close games earlier this year ... We should of definitely won 5 of those games at least ...

It may be sloppy but I'm enjoying watching the kids compete. Everyone is contributing. Karasev gets 19 minutes tonight and finished with 5 points, 4 rebounds, +12 on the floor. I can't wait to see Rondae out there.

Really good effort by the whole team.

Cutting Joe and Bargniani has really made a big difference tempo wise... I like this type of basketball much more.

This is why getting rid of Joe and Bargs was a vertical move. You need to see what you have here in these players. Lopez also looked so confident and aggressive, he had no respect for Gobert at all in the 4th qtr

and for the first time that I can remember, he got the ball at the end of the game and closed it out instead of watching others do it. This is a positive sign. There's no one else to rely on now except for him.

Markel was a let down last night. Critical errors in crunch time. not good.

Great win!

I've really liked the improvements he's made over the last 2 seasons. Comparisons can be made with Chandler Parsons but I've always liked him way more than Parsons. I think he's markedly better than him.

This is a big scalp. Winning on the road against a team fighting for the playoffs. And... interesting to note that the Suns won at home against the Grizzles, so it also gives more value to the win in Phoenix as well. Unfortunately the Wolves beat the Pelicans who were without Davis. The race for "fifth worst record" is very much alive.

This wasnt that surprising. We keep beating the few teams that have worst PGs then us.

NY - Calderon
Phx - Price
Utah - Mack

Sloan has done a very good job as a starter. He isnt turning the ball over.

It's a shame that Larkin has been a train wreck since Jack got hurt. I thought Larkin was a keeper in the beginning of the season.

Teams like Utah are ripe for us to beat. Their strength is in the post and most teams dont have a dominate big like Lopez. He ruined all of their defensive principals by taking it to Gobert and Favors. It should have been worst too. The refs werent calling any fouls on Utah.

The Nets need to keep winning and climb up the standings. Fck Boston's Pick.

Yeah, Larkin has been atrocious. I can't feasibly see him being in the plans next season.
