The woman is the Barclays-arena-entertainment-host/occasional-sideline-interviewer/professional-model (Reebok, Victoria's Secret)/trained-dancer (contemporary ballet) Ally Love. Maybe you didn't recognize her because she changes her hairstyle all the time, just like JLin

In all her pictures, she has the same eyes and the high cheekbones when she smiles, regardless of hairstyle. She also has a beauty mark beneath her right eye that you may or may not be able to see depending on the resolution of the pictures.
