Taking a look at this is somewhat surprising
Even if you don't trust in these kind of stats, you can see just
how efficiently they are in the amount of minutes they're playing.
--------- PTS |REB |AST | STL |BLK |3PM
lopez : 25.8 mins
20I6 -- 27.1 | 6.6 | 1.4 | 0.5 | 2.3 | 2.1
lin : 26.8 mins
20I6 -- 20.1 | 5.1 | 8.3 | 1.9 | 0.5 | 1.6
s-kil : 27.2 mins
20I6 -- 20.9 | 6.3 | 3.5 | 1.3 | 0.1 | 2.4
hamilton : 23.9 mins
20I6 -- 14.2 | 7.9 | 1.3 | 1.3 | 1.0 | 2.7
booker : 26.8 mins
20I6 -- 13.7 |12.0| 2.7 | 2.7 | 1.0 | 0.1
scola : 16.0 mins only, so it's probably more inflated
20I6 -- 15.0 |11.5| 3.2 | 1.2 | 0.2 | 1.2

Even Per36 mins, Brooks rebounding has been atrocious.

yea... i was also discouraged vs the suns.... his offense wasnt great. in those instances he needs to find other ways to help the team. Shots not falling? go get us 10 or 12 rebounds and some putbacks.
i get he wont average a ton of boards playing further from the rim... but the total is low and the old excuse of "he boxes out but we rebound well a s a team" doesnt stand true anymore since we no logner rebound well as a team

I don't expect the dude to pull 4 offensive boards a game but struggling to grab 5 defensive boards is a problem. I don't know if he's just letting Skil and RHJ grab the easy boards, or if they're picking up Lopez's slack. Either way its a good thing Skil and RHJ have improved their rebounding since Brook doesn't seem to care for it.

brook's rebounding will matter in playoffs, he can get away with struggling to get enough rebounds and other guys are being active and team rebounding. but it will cost him in playoffs rebounding this badly.
