19 points, 8 assists, 0 turnovers?

He's been playing well past couple games. Hopefully he can keep it up. If we can get 10/5/3 from him every game off the bench then you really can't ask for much more.

Maybe it took Yogimania for him to realize that he just can't rest on his laurels. MDB is right when he talks about Dinwiddie's aggressiveness looking like his D-League form.

I posted before that hopefully he'd be more active after he received the 2-yr contract and he didn't have to worry about being sent down, but he kept playing passively.

I'm happy to see him actually take charge and look even a little like the guy who was killing the D-League instead of just another warm body.

Finally, the last two games the range that really stood out on his jumper has returned.

This guy's confidence is at Mach 5 right now. It almost sucks that all star break is coming because it kind of kills his momentum.

he went scoreless on Feb. 10th, after that I don't know if he had a talk with the staff or what but he has been excellent these last two games.

He needs to keep up the hard work and belief in himself because he can play but he was playing scared imo. I think a lot of his indecisiveness and pulling up short on jumpers was 100% mental. Last night his decision making on passes was excellent, he didn't force anything crazy, just the correct basketball play. that's what he needs to keep doing. Also, the aggression. He didn't really settle, he saw the lanes and took it in.

Hopefully even with Lin coming back, he'll maintain his aggression.

I think we need to wait a while before we start shouting praises. Dinwiddie can easily return back to earth so let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.

We can say Kenny is truly a PG whisperer, you just wouldn't be safe saying it.

I was referring to Dinwiddie's skill, not Kenny lol.

Kenny has developed too many players at this point for his skills in that area to be knocked.

Ik what you meant. But Kennys skill and Dinwiddies development go hand in hand, no? Either way I think the original post was supposed to be taken lightly.

Dinwiddie looked great today. Completely outplayed Yogi. Only 23-24 years old. I think he deserves to be talked about more.

I guess I'll start cutting him more slack realizing he's only 23 and he's just getting quality minutes in the league. He's got the physical tools and his assist/ratio is impressive. He just makes so many bone headed mistakes but I'd take him over Yogi.

he does play conservative and passively at times to avoid turnovers and try to stick in league but id like to see more aggressiveness from him and take some chances, i think he has much more potential to play more attacking and aggressive.

He's signed through 2019. 1.5 next year and 1.6 year after.
I'm a fan of Mr. Dinwiddie and hope he starts for the Nets sooner than later.

I really wanna see him in Summer League. I want to see how he plays when he's more aggressive and has more confidence.

We have to give some credit to Dinwiddie's defense, he's blocked some shots and disrupts others with his length. It also seems like he draws AND1s every game now. Hope to see him back next year.

Dinwiddie is a solid guard. He's been the best diamond in the rough FA pickup for Sean Marks so far

Dinwiddie might the best defensive Net in the past 35 days, alongside with Booker, KJ and Lin.
