The Rockets could try to convince the league to void their match agreement, sending him here and hoping the league drops the rules to clean up the mess. It's unlikely but the league could seriously look into that.

Morey was trying to do his best for his team. Sean was trying to do his best for us and it comes down to a poor representation from D-MO's agent. He's screwing over his own player. The kid passes physicals but refuses to show is bad business.

Hopefully, the league doesn't make him suffer. I doubt any teams will pursue Montiejunas as a RFA after his agent has embarrassed himself.

i dont know... morey is a complete slimeball. He doesnt treat players like humans, just assets... he could have matched all the terms but he didnt, he only matched what he had to. thats in his rights but still poor form. so his agent/dmo held out and refused to show which is well within their rights as well.

morey needs to not be such a slimeball.

Dmo is protecting is livelyhood, he has injuries, who know how long he will be able to play and make money... he needs to get what he can while he can get it.

It's such a crazy situation, I feel like everyone is noticing how insane this contract negotiations have gone. D-Mo's most recent 2 tweets are re-tweets about Brooklyn signing him, so I'm going to assume even though he's getting his money, he doesn't want to be there in Houston.

I think all sides are probably pushing the league to create a special exception to just place him on the Nets...

DMo will leave his mark/name in the NBA. Even if it's the 'DMo rule' or 'DMo exception' in the new CBA
