Mosgov Production 2017

I'm just curious to see how you guys feel about Timothy Mosgov this year. I'm guessing he will be your starting center. Will he get enough minutes to be productive? How many minutes do you think he will get this season? Will Booker or Allen start taking his minutes as the season continues?

It will all depend on his health. Last year was a wash from him. But the Nets off court staff pride themselves on getting/keeping players healthy. Moz was ripped by Laker Fans and Carroll was ripped by Toronto fans. Both players look 2-3 years younger. Both have contributed nicely so far. Moz seems to know his role. And he is a 'system' fit. Allen will get his minutes as he, according to our coach, seems a lot more NBA ready than first thought. Having said that Kenny likes small ball so Acy and Booker will split some time there as well. Zeller I think will only play when the above are injured or he will at least take a month or 2 to find his role on this squad.

It depends on how fast Jarret Allen develops, because if he is able to stick in the rotation that will definitely hurt Mozgov's minutes.

He's been doing all those step back fade away threes and stuff like that. If they drop he might be real good from now on.

j/k but he's been nailing threes, he's gonna do some damage. He'll probably average a little more than 20 mins.

Thanks for the honesty.

it will flutcuate. Kenny will play small and fast as long as we can maintain scoring and not get crushed inside.

my guess would be

20-22 mpg
4-6 ppg
4-6 rpg
25-29% from three

Return to Brooklyn Nets
