This is what Eric Adams' NYPD is up to in East Harlem.

Absolutely sickening. And you can hear the pain in that young man's voice.

Disgusting. cops dont have anything better to do? Maybe go help some homeless people or something instead of taking away a positive outlet for our youth in the city.

Where are the kids going to go now? and in what state? sad part is those kids go somewhere else and find trouble and those same cops are shooting them saying "if you didnt hang around in bad areas doing bad things we wouldnt need to treat you like this"

awful.

This is disgusting as well....

This bill does nothing to address the issue of homelessness. it is just catering to yuppt middle and upper class people who dont want to see the homelessness or to have it "make their neighborhoods look ugly". They just want to live in their bubble where homelessness is just old male criminals and druggies who are too lazy to work, instead of the real face of homelessness which is often abused/battered women and their children.

How exactly is this helping? The felony charge certainly isnt going to help a homeless person get a sustainable job, income, and help their situation. Why not use the tax dollars of policing this bill that removes the homeless in tents to... i dont know... build more shelters? develop more social programs?

Everyone white-knights for the homeless when it helps their cause (i.e. "NOT A SINGLE DOLLAR FOR ILLEGALS WHILE WE HAVE HOMELESS AMERICAN CITIZENS AND VETS!" yet no one gives a flying f*ck about the homeless otherwise or to do a thing to help them. they are villified as being lazy addicts and criminals... and that for those that are, its viewed as self-serving and not them being victim's of a system that keeps them poor and in a mental health state usucaptible to addiciton and a poverty state susceptible to crimes they wouldnt otherwise commit.

These politicians just dont want to see those ugly tents in there way of their sunset view from their 3 story mansions in the hills.

it is a travesty this was introduced and even 1 person supported it.

if anything there should be a bill to buy more of the homeless tents until shelters can maintain the poplation. for everyone homeless person with a tent there are 5 more sleeping under a newspaper on a park bench

One of the kids said that this was his physical therapy because he didn't have insurance.

I'm at a loss for words really. It takes a sick person to hurt people like Adams and his pigs seem to revel in.

Another broken feature of this country.

Your taxes and debts/liabilities should be made public if you are seeking public office, because it can tell whether or not you could be possibly compromised.

You can't even get security clearance without this stuff, yet we allow people to hold public office with a lesser standard of scrutiny.

Also, anyone who doesn't want to provide tax returns usually has something to hide that isn't good.

Our problem is we dont have sincere interests in helping the world. We just are out for our own interests. Through history it is the same...

-We dont fight the war ourselves, outside of monetary sanctions
-We are insurgents/militias to fight for us
-We help them win land/fight off opponents
-We put in some democratic leader, remove any troops presence, and leave them to basically rot.
-rinse/repeat

We armed the Taliban to fight in our interests and that turned into a group of people who hated and cursed us and wanted to see us dead.

We need to have a sustained interest in helping the world, not just go in, thwart our opposition, bleed the situaiton dry of money/influence, and desert the area.

Abortion is healthcare. Period.

You have to be devoid of any humanity if you would prefer to see a person die from an ectopic pregnancy or force a child/adult to carry a rape/incest pregnancy to term.

We live in a country that is driven by traditionalist beliefs to its core. MAGA is just a most known and recent thing. Until educational system is reformed, we doomed to rely on Green Card.

This is pure theocratic fascism trying to impose minority rule. The country could end up breaking up over this in the long term.

Considering that the country stands overwhelmingly in support of abortion rights, I would say that minority rule does come into play here.

It's not lost on me how for years these same people were screaming about Sharia Law coming to the United States during Obama's two terms, and here they are attempting to turn American into Christian Afghanistan.

Prove me this is not a systemic problem. These politicians that have direct access to inside info and actually make and lobby them. Thinking they going to keep their hands away from Wall St is laughable.
