Faried ready to go...we need to start him or drummonds and griffins will eat allen alive. If RHJ is gonna miss time then starting faried at pf is no brainer. i would start Muza at SF over carroll as the season goes along. Caroll is getting old and is a UFA in the summer. We should trying developing Muza to see if he pans out. Dlo/Crabbe/Muza/Faried(RHJ when he's healthy)/Allen.

Here's my thing, Faried is a poor defender. I don't know what difference it will make, if Allen cannot hold up his end of the bargain the Nets will be dominated by teams with centers that can score. Drummond isn't a scorer but he will certainly be putting in work against a Nets team that cannot protect the defensive glass.

We need to see how Musa fares against actual NBA competition before handing him a starting job. If anyone is getting a starting role, its most likely LeVert.

So this morning before work I go to set my cable box to tune automatically to YES for the game tonight and lo and behold I see that instead of broadcasting the Nets game, YES will be showing reruns of Premiere League Soccer instead.

Meanwhile, the Knicks have broadcasted every single preseason game. This is ridiculous and the Nets organization doesn't give a good god damn because this has been happening for the last few years. They either can't be bothered to broadcast preseason games, or late season games get pre empted for the Yankees preseason games or meaningless games in April. What kind of "big market" team operates like this in terms of TV coverage?

The Nets need to find a new station to work with. For a big market team, this is bull ****. We're a Big Market team in location only, everything else reeks of 2nd class citizen status.

& of course, because of antiquated Sports territories, you can't even see the Detroit feed on FoxSportsGo.

No, YES isn't even covering it. This is bush league stuff. I know its a preseason game but goddamn fans want to see the team play and these **** sticks can't even bother to get off their asses and televise it? I blame the Nets brass (the buck probably stops with Keith Sheldon director of programming for the parent company), there is no way in hell this isn't a conscious decision on their part not to have coverage for not one but two preseason games. You think Laker fans miss preseason games? You want to claim big market relevancy but you can't muster together a production crew to cover preseason games? come on man, i'm sitting here complaining about preseason games FFS

These ass holes literally are going to make dumpster dive for an illegal stream now. The game is going to be shown on NBA league pass but I don't know if league pass is free right now.

League Pass is probably free but it will also likely be blacked out.

I don't live in the area so by default all my Nets games are via streams, but I definitely prefer the YES team to opposing commentary.

Had to break down and reorder the LP even though I swore I wouldn't. Wish I didn't love this damn team so much. Ugh.

At any rate, I'm anxious to see if Kenneth Faried can bring an emotional lift to this unit. I know he is not the player he once was, but if he can match what Booker and Acy brought for leadership and energy it will hopefully carry over to the others.

No LP free preview, guessing not until the regular season, usually the first week or week and a half. Game is probably blacked out locally anyway. On a side note, LP on Comcast is a tall glass of ass juice, still not a single game in HD smfh.
