We're the first 'easy' game for the Rockets this season. They've definitely been struggling but it's more understandable if you're playing pretty good Western conference teams. They got this one circled for sure.

Keys to winning tonight:

-Hold Clint Capela to under 20 rebs
-Limit turnovers
-2nd unit plays strong

They still suck defensively. It doesn’t matter what coast. Melo is a terrible fit there and we should go at him every time he checks in.

over/under 20 pts for dlo tonight...rockets don't play D. but dlo plays poor when there's a good interior defender on the opposing team..knicks, pistons and rockets have capella. he's been shooting like trash besides NO and Warriors game. I think part of it is cuz Nets lacking PF(only Allen to play pick and roll with)and him settling for too many 3s. He's not shooting with confidence too. Hopefully Novemember will be a better month for him.

not hating on Levert, but i think we should try napier/dlo(i think he's better at SG with rim attacking PG like napier)Crabbe(i think he would get into a better rhythm starting)RHJ/Allen lineup. We'll be more speedy, more spacing, more pick and roll. With Levert off the bench as 6th man.

any team that considers facing the Nets as an easy game is setting themselves up for a long night.

LeVert has been the best and most consistent player on the team this season. He's not going to be benched averaging 19/5/5 on good efficiency overall.

After his last game, I'm not sure how you're advocating benching LeVert and starting Russell. Russell got benched for the 2nd 4th qtr of the season last game.

Also, we have plenty of spacing

He's hitting 42% from downtown, what are you talking about? I'm not sure what games you're watching but his shot has been on point. Last game he was off. it happens.

Also, I don't understand how you're blaming anyone's poor shooting performance on someone playing PF. That makes no sense.

Losing Ariza, Mbah a Moute, and Anderson had a greater negative effect on the Rockets than most people thought. Two of those three were key to their defensive turn around last season and all three shot from 3 well. Paul's early suspension and Harden's injury only exacerbated the issues they've had so far.

Dlo and LeVert was cooking. Wish they could've played the whole Quarter. Sigh.

One of the better shooting percentages I've seen them shoot in a while. Hopefully they can continue, because Houston will start hitting their buckets.
