Kenny and co. need to get better at out-of-bounds playcalling in late game situations

No team in the league chokes like we do. We're the best at it.

Doumbouya also fits the bill

and LOL. another inbounding disaster.

Kenny needs to run an entire half hour session in practice on how to properly inbound the ball

Bol Bol or bust

Doumbouya is pretty damn good though  but I'm all in for Bol too. Those turnaround fadeaway threes with have Barclays lit AF

Such a predictable collapse. Kenny seriously needs to work on out of bound plays.

Either way, these losses are best case scenario. Missing our best player. Not playing our young guys. Might as well lose close games and play for lotto balls.

I get teams go iso on final possessions, but find the mismatch. There had to be a better option than Spence vs Conley.

The most obvious loose ball foul and the refs swallow their whistles...

As much as the Nets choke, its hard to beat the other team + the refs at the same time.

Russell missed Carroll wide open to force a mid range contested shot. That's not how you want to do it bud.

Dombouya's intriguing, but the latest I've heard is that he's off to a rough start in the Jeep league.

Sekou Doumbouya
Team: CSP Limoges

Leagues: French Jeep Elite/Pro A, Eurocup

Stats: 4.19 BLK%, 1.29 STL%, 6.73 AST%, 11.34 TOV%, 5.43 ORB%, 20.69 DRB%, .182 3P%, 5.2 3PA/40

"On the positive side, Doumbouya’s defensive production has improved immensely despite going up a level in competition. His 4.19 BLK% is nearly double last year’s mark, and provides more reason for confidence in his defensive goodness. His instincts and anticipation have begun to catch up with his motor on that end, but he still is not the perimeter defender he needs to be to offer NBA level wing versatility.

His offensive efficiency is poor, his 3-pointer still isn’t falling at a passable clip and his passing is bad. He’s a young prospect going against professionals, so it was never reasonable to expect him to dominate like Doncic did last season (even though Doumbouya’s opposition is significantly worse than Doncic’s was), but he still has a lot to prove. If he can’t consistently hit stationary jumpers or make decent decisions on drives, he won’t be a passable enough offensive player to justify minutes.

Doumbouya possesses plenty of room for growth. His fluidity, youth and motor are major assets. Still, his grip on the top international slot in this class isn’t very tight for me. Technical improvements defending in space could prove to be low hanging developmental fruit in an NBA system, so the main thing I would like to see from him this season is leveraging his height to pass in traffic, specifically finding corner shooters on drives."
