Getting to .500 was a goal. Now comes the hard part. Getting above it.
The Magic are not to be slept on. Their frontcourt has given us trouble, so we need Jarrett Allen to pick up where he left off from his dominant performance the other night versus Houston.
Don't be shocked to see Graham defending Gordon. I'm rooting for the dude to keep up the momentum. if he can knock down his shots like he did versus Houston, watch out.
RHJ is also back so lets hope he can get his game going defensively and on the boards.
Dinwiddie did massive heavy lifting the other game, so D'Angelo needs to wreck these dudes while having another clean game assist to turnover wise.
Nets are -1 favorites, the O/U is 217. I think i'm taking the over, what about you?

game in Orlando?
want to watch this one but I'll be at a Dan Cummins show tonight -- any Timesuck Podcast fans here?
I'll take the over. Teams have been both doing well as of recent. I can see a 230-235 finish in this one.

WINNING GAMES MATTERS.
Now all of a sudden people are drinking that Brooklyn kool aid. That win over Houston is not to be taken lightly.
Meanwhile, back in Netsland, the Nets need to make sure they handle business tonight

we know better.

“I should’ve been to the Barclays Center a long time ago” LOL

So tempted to take Brooklyn tonight, spread is weird though and moved half a point in the wrong direction.

I'm sorry, it moved 2 and a half points in the wrong direction. Bah!

I feel like Russell and Dinwiddie should share an allstar nod. It's like we have 1 allstar PG, we just don't know which one night to night. Give them one slot and do a heat check at the beginning of the game.
I feel like DLo in totality is a little more deserving this year, but Dinwiddie has had bigger moments. Before the Houston game, I feel DLo was the more logical choice, so I'm cautious to not over emphasize Wednesday's heroics.

Yeah I just saw that the line moved. Right now Fanduel Sportsbook shows the Nets as +2 dogs. I bet the over.

When did bandannas start becoming a thing? On an unrelated note:

The numbers of points they've scored on broken plays is making me sick to my stomach

We are playing terribly and the Magic have gotten every 50-50 ball.

Some of these Russell 3s barely touch the net... too silky.

we need a good pf bad...roast me all you want, parker is a gifted scorer. he'll fit nicely into this system. he is a decent defender when motivated. Our best big men defender RHJ can't even stay healthy. And he's a lousy scorer. Just sub RHJ in for Parker when you need defense.

That's not the answer. Playing team basketball and getting stops is what will get this team back into it, not 1 on 5 basketball.
