Respect from a legendary coach to such a young and up and coming coach like Kenny has to feel good.

Our entire culture and style is based off of what he created with San Antonio. I know he must feel proud. He initially tried to convince Sean NOT to come here.

Emulating a style such as that is no easy feat. While this team has a long way to go to even be mentioned in conversations of what the Spurs have accomplished, these type of confident building wins pays dividends for long term growth.

Putting Mark's in his role was the right approach for success and it is transparent in year 3. I'm glad Sean made the bold move to Brooklyn.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

Joe Harris has been very efficient with his shots. Other players need to feed him the ball more often.

Just missed this one, looks like it was a good one. Looking at the box score, the Spurs suck!! They have no players on paper, only 3 guys scored for them basically no wonder why they only had 85. I don't think they make the playoffs with that roster. Then again have to give credit to our defense.

Great win for us though we need to win games like these and protect the house. We have to win at least 5 of the next 7 before we hit the road for 7 games against playoff worthy teams. On to the next

Overall good game against a struggling team playing on a back 2 back. They got some good looks in the 4th that really could have made the game scary for us, but they couldn't just make them from deep.

Meanwhile for us, our guys were making shots. Russell and Joe were cooking and Caris went vintage in that run to put some distance between the teams. Can't wait to get a healthy Spencer back.

Rodi is in a much better role right now coming off the bench. Still think we ought to give Rondae a chance to redeem himself and have him start as the roll guy with Russell/Caris initiating the offense. But maybe they can hide him on the bench and get him to come back to bolster our depth next season.

I think Kenny waited too long before he put Caris back in (maybe hoping he can rest him with a big lead and manage his minutes), but fortunately it didn't bite us in the butt.

I think Rodi should be playing a little more. I think he could be really good with the starters. But Graham ended up shooting 2 for 5 from 3. Can't really complain. Rodi is looking a lot faster and more energetic since the all star break.

Can't wait until Dinwiddie is back and Napier can get back to emergency backup when we need some offense.

Harris is ridiculously good man. Kenny runs such creative things to get him open and I like that he doesn't force anything. If teams stick to him like glue, that should open up the paint for our drives, cuts, rolls, etc.

Aside from shooting going down, Rodi hasn't really changed much. What changed was his role. With how depleted the team was leading up to the break...A LOT more was being asked of him. That was really the main reason for his struggles.

We were expecting him to put the ball on the floor, create on offense, and come off screens for pull up 3s ala Crabbe and Joe.

With guys healthy again, he's back to the role he was before all of our injuries. He probably could use a few more minutes, but I don't mind kind of "saving" him a bit for our stretch run

I feel like it's been awhile since I've seen him go coast to coast and beat the entire defense down the floor. Felt like his activity was up too. But I mostly agree. That's why I like him with the starters. He doesn't have to do too much as the fifth option. He doesn't have to start or anything but I like seeing him with that unit.

I don't mind saving him either. Kind of feels like Kenny is building him back up. Making him play under control. Get back to the stuff that got him here.

Nah Rodi got the right amount of time now, dude was definitely feeling that rookie wall hard. Now with fewer minutes, he can throw all his energy in.

I agree with you guys that Rodi was much more like his old self this game but he got really lost on back to back possessions in the 4th and he got (rightfully) benched.

It's a bit frustrating when he messes up but he's still a rookie and is playing the most basketball of his young career. Hopefully Kenny can give him a defined role come playoff time, so we can maximize his strengths. We are a better team when he plays.

It sucks that RHJ is just so out of whack because we could also use his defensive abilities and energy down the stretch.

We just slapped the San Antonio Spurs up. Bruh dont rationalize this game for me. Pops even gave us props. They wanted this game badly.

I love beating the Spurs easily one of the best wins of the year. Russell is just playing at a high level, I loved what he did last night, Joe Harris was great, and Caris showed the all around game.

Very good win against a Spurs team who's desperately trying to stay afloat and make the playoffs. They have history on the line if they miss out. Props to the team for showing up last night on all fronts.
