Definitely sad to lose Trajan, but now I wonder if this opens up a spot for one of the other scouts on the team, say Splitter to emerge (at least for interntational scouting)

On the other hand, uhm...hey Trajan, interested in making a deal for some of the guys you are very high on and drafted? Say for..Anthony Davis?

Ahh man, I'm pretty sure he had a big hand in the positives we were doing, sad to see him go but I'm happy for him.

Weaver, Fleming and now Langdon. The fruit of Marksinson organizational tree is getting plucked left and right. All tough losses, but that sort of success means that the best unemployed candidates will likely be looking at the Nets first.

I doubt we have the pieces to land Davis, but you wonder if NOLA would try to engage us as a 3rd team in a Davis deal.

shows just how fantastic our staff is and we are filling vacancies for other teams and know we will have a good relaitonship with their GM moving forward since he was here.

also, we have a staff bigger then most franchises, helps when guys leave

It was only a matter of time for a team to see his value. Now they have a Duke GM, and a Duke soon to be a #1 pick. Good for Trajon.

When your organization is doing well everybody wants to pluck away at what's making it successful. Luckily, the team still has Marks. Hopefully they can find more value in the front office and their staff going forward.

I'm gonna throw my hat in the ring for that Assistant GM job lol

We just lost our Assistant GM candidate and lead scouting department.

Man why does everybody copy our style lol first it was the logo and now they taking all of our front office pieces smh copy caters.

Man, we finally start having success and other teams start poaching our guys. It's wild because we haven't won anything yet and we are still short of where we want to be.

Just shows how many bad organisations are out there.

Good luck to Trajan tho. An AD discount would be cool. (jk... only a little, lol)

It sucks as a fan of the team to lose key pieces to the culture and structure but it’s something to be proud about because we’re achieving the San Antonio model that they vowed to build here. We can now start giving guys within the organization a promotion or poach another quality figurehead out there. We could look at Thibs this summer for an assistant coach role and a couple other notable names that would do well in the front office like Chauncey Billups.

Going from 28 to 42 wins is no joke. People see what is happening here and want to bring some of that energy into their own flounder clubs.

Pascucci hurts. He was rumored to take over Langdon’s role.

For every guy we poach that just makes our open positions that much more attractive. we will have our pick of the best of the best for our openings
