Isn’t this too much of an overpay? 2 firsts for Crabbe? Would’ve preferred sending the 27th instead. Now my excitement in the draft just went kapoot!

But knowing Marks, I trust that he has commitments already by doing this as this move takes us out of the AD sweepstakes...

Celtic here, in peace. It looks like an overpay to me, but it does give you guys most of the room you need for 2 max FA

Oof... I always thought it'd be 1 first and a few 2nds to dump Crapbbe... But it is what it is now.

It's good to see management recognizing a window and trying to take advantage of it though. They're on the path to being capped out anyway if they just stand pat, so it's now or never in a way...

Ok I'm starting to believe this KD and Kyrie to the Nets thing. It's hard not to at this point.
Wow I mean we knew Marks don't leak things and we assumed this and that but man is one hell of a GM. He ain't did nothing bad as a GM thus far amazing job. NO jinx intended.

I have been the most muted nets fan in the world on the upcoming free agency cycle - but this changes everything.

Marks just gave up not only his highest draft pick since becoming a GM, but a 2nd draft pick to go along with it, to clear out an expiring contract.

There is only 1 thing he gained from this move - space for 2 max slots. I don't believe there's anyway Marks doesn't do this trade unless he's planning on using both of them.

Maybe it's Kyrie + Harris, or Horford, or KD, or Butler, or Kawhi. But I'm now a believer all the way and I think we are about to have a much crazier summer than I expected. Wow.

This might have pushed me on Kyrie as well, but I'm still not quite sure KD is coming. Space could be just for Kyrie and D-Lo.

Well if we're going for it on the FA market I'm all for it. Prince also isn't a bad depth piece. Insurance in case Carroll isn't resigned.

Wow. But i still believe we will be keeping Russell, moving dinwiddie and maybe some other small pieces. So we would basicly be adding Kyrie and another max player not named KD (whose max is too high) . Tobias Harris for example. This deal clear the way for it. D-Lo, Kyrie, Levert, Tobias and Allen is not a bad five with Joe Harris either replacing Levert or coming off the bench. Prince is a nice depth piece with potential.

I hope so. Though I noticed his name as the leading scorer in Atlanta in the first 10 games or so of this season prior to Trae’s explosion.

From what little I’ve seen on Twitter, I think pundits are sleeping on Prince. He’s a sneaky good system fit.
