There are a few interesting guys on the roster actually outside of Claxton. I think between Hands, Cordinier, Davis, Massenburg, Moore will all be looking to lock up that last rosters spot.

Jarrett looks so much more confident offensively.

SL games are tough to watch because so many guys think selfish play is gonna get them a contract. Josh Gray running the offense like a superstar while Pinson, Musa, and Rodi stand in a corner is kind of a waste. That selfish stuff is contagious.

Hands and Claxton have to get used to the speed of NBA ball. Both looked overwhelmed which is expected.

Musa needs to settle in. This is a big summer league for him if he wants a crack at the rotation. His 3pt shot looked good. Good hustle and Bbiq. Finishing, defense, handles were shaky.

If Rodi and Allen are gonna play here (which they shouldn't - they're way too good) - they need to try and expand their games a little more. Allen did it a bit with some quick release 3s and top of the key drives but they could've done more.

For what it's worth, Dallas was trapping every PNR aggressively. Don't think our young guards were ready for that. Soooo many turnovers.

It's junk basketball. It's the NBA equivalent to AAU games.

On the plus side...Rodi looked noticeably bigger/stronger. He's been hitting the weights. He also took a couple of left handed drives and was his annoying usual pest defensively.

Thought JA and Kurucs looked good, as expected. Musa had a poor start but grew into the game well, aside from the bone headed mistake at the end. No one else really impressed me.

Nets win that game had they not gifted Dallas double digit points off 20 + turnovers.

I refuse to put any stock in these games. The only thing I took from this game and possibly the rest of Summer League is that Jarrett Allen put on 10 pounds of muscle.

Yep. Both he and Rodi look like they’ve hit the weight room and put on a few pounds as well.

Just sit Allen and Rodi the rest of the way, both were starting in the NBA last year, no reason to have them playing these meaningless games.

Fro, Rodi and even Musa look like they been hitting the weights hard. Good.

In game 1 #0 on the roster played a lot like Jarret Jack.. tunnel vision. I hope they give the ball to Pinson and Musa exclusively.
