Brooklyn signs Theo Pinson

Post#1 » by kamaze » Tue Jul 9, 2019 5:22 am

He was great at keeping the team loose with his fun personality on the bench and is also a decent point guard. Big enough to play 1-3
this is a good signing!

Love Pinson! Great signing. We need a third string PG with Kyrie's tendency to get injured.

I'm glad we could keep him, Theo may have received more lucrative offers but he trusts the system that is fostering his development. He's so versatile on the court, and exactly the kind of personality we value. GO NETS!

I'm glad he's back. Nevermind the bench antics, he has some excellent handle and his deep ball shot is coming around. I feel comfortable with him taking Napier's place at 3rd PG.

Good signing! An extra guard for insurance. The Nets bench synchronize dance lives!

Point Guard label is arbitrary. You don't think Pinson can play the 2? He's 6'6 and a shooter.

They have Pinson for 3rd string and Jaylen Hands as well. Theo needs a nickname.

Theo is a great kid and is a fan favorite here. I'm really glad the Nets retained him. I don't see him getting any playing time this year unfortunately.

There will get playing time Kyrie and Spencer won't play all 82 games. I wouldn't mind if Jaylen Hands got a 2 way contract either.

They can keep the point guard position a strength with Theo and Jaylen Hands at the bottom of the depth chart.
