Got home just in time to watch that game winner. Dinwiddie the Pooh !!! I said it before, this guy can be a starter for half the teams in the league and he'll average 23 and 7 . 4 in a row and 5-1 without Kyrie. Let's get rid of that scrub lol

JA killing Thompson on the glass AND not getting pushed around. Brings a tear to my eye. He won us this game 1000%. 20, 20 + 3 assists 2 steals 2 blocks. 4 for 5 from the FT line. Just dominant. Monster plays all night.

We are 9-8 heading into a home and home with Boston.
We've got to get a split, Kyrie or no Kyrie.
I cannot wait til this team is in full strength. Once we add KD to this overall mix I think we will be an elite club

Boston just barely beat the Kings at home. I think we're capable of beating them right now. A split would be awesome. We'd be 10-9 moving forward, and hopefully Kyrie is back by then.

He will be on a min restrictions and will be traded at the deadline according to few talking heads. I've seen him play he looks alright.
Carroll stuck on the bench unless it's garbage time. He's age was showing up last year but I wanted to keep him on a vet min. Once we got Prince I never cared again.
Dudley learned a lot from Theo and doing good cheer leading from their bench. I didn't see him play one time.
Ed hurt. Now they got new young kid doing Rudy things and I'm pretty sure he's done there too.
Buzz been hurt and I'm not sure if he will get any PT.
I can't catch any Raps games lately but stat watching RHJ. Some of their fans think he got future there, happy for him. Guy still can't shoot if #'s correct.

Can't believe I'm saying it but Allen will be huge x factor. If we can control the paint and our guys will take it hard to the rim, I think we can pull out couple W's. They started of hot but showing their true colors right now. Than again that bum ass Kyrie was the reason for our slow start.

Yeah. Compared to how he started the season so tentatively its been great seeing him break out the way he has. Hopefully he can keep it up when Kyrie gets back. I forgot who brought it up in the post game show, but they said that he may has struggled with Kyrie around just because he was still learning how Kyrie attacks the rim, making it more difficult for him to just either camp underneath for the rebound or follow up an attempt by Kyrie. Seemed like a good point.

the team is playing much better, and the results show for it(not a knock against any missing players) but finally the god damn team ball movement was there as well as Allen's surge near the rim..
I was nearly having chest pains towards the end when we couldn't **** buy a rebound, that was getting out of hand....

JA and Spencer are killing it right now. We need to stop giving up easy buckets off pick and rolls + cuts though, too many stretches of lack of focus on defense.

What an epic win.
Dinwiddie is getting better and better.
Someone else mentioned this but maybe we should consider starting him with Kyrie. Make Levert a 6th man.

Also remember all the posters here who were having a freakout because we started off slow?
Can you relax now? This team is back in business. Defense is up to par. Kenny fixed it. I knew he would.

I mean the last 5 teams we beat have an average record of 5.6 wins and 11.8 losses. This was a soft part of the schedule and we took care of business. That is fan-fkn-tastic. There is nothing wrong with that at all. Is that gonna continue against teams like Boston? Probably not, but you never know. We've got some good momentum.

Re: GT: BRK @ CLE, 7PM EST 11/25
We have a pretty tough schedule coming up though. These are our next 15 games:
@Celtics
Celtics
Heat
@Hawks
@Hornets
Nuggets
Hornets
@Raptors
Sixers
@Pelicans
@Spurs
Hawks
Knicks
@Rockets
@Wolves
Realistically, the Celtics, Heat, Nuggets, Raptors, Sixers, and Rockets are just better teams than us. Wolves are comparable. We should beat everyone else.
That projects us to be 8-7 over the next 15 games if we take care of teams we should beat, and assuming we get payback for the opening night loss against the Wolves. Puts us at 17-15 at the start of the new year.
But honestly, that's being pretty generous imo. Have we proven to be reliable when it comes to winning the games we're supposed to so far? Not really. I can see us getting upset by some bad teams in there, maybe the Hornets, or the Hawks if Trae Young goes off. The Spurs suck this year but they could certainly beat us, especially at home. Honestly, the Knicks have had opportunities to beat us twice so far, and we've been pretty lucky to pull those wins out. They can potentially beat us too. The Wolves game is a 50/50 to me.
I think it's really important that if we play well and find ourselves in position to win against any of those good teams, we CLOSE them out. We can't afford to blow those games any more, because I'm really not confident in us going undefeated against the Hawks, Hornets, Pelicans, Spurs, Knicks, and Wolves. If we manage to lose every game against the good teams during that stretch, AND we lose some of those games against the bad teams too, the season is going to start looking pretty ugly again.

BTW, assuming Kyrie is available for at least most of those games, how we perform against the Celtics, Raptors, Sixers, and Heat over these next 15 games is going to reveal A LOT about how we stack up to the best of the conference and how far away we are. We've already had two embarrassing losses to Indiana, let's hope we do better against the other good teams in the conference.
Thankfully avoiding Milwaukee for now.

Re: GT: BRK @ CLE, 7PM EST 11/25
It has really been fun to watch Spence and JA playing together since Kyrie went down. They have stepped up in his absence and been the leaders every night. I love how JA always stays so calm and composed on the court, but is starting to look like a bully out there pushing guys around this year and showing confidence.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the rotation when Kyrie and Caris come back. I still think Musa needs to stay in it as the 9th man b/c despite the 3pt shooting he is looking more and more comfortable with each game out there. He is getting much more aggressive on his drives. Just him getting downhill and drawing defenders has led to 3 easy putbacks for JA the last couple games. He still needs to learn how to throw a lob. He is also much better when he gets the ball off a swing and rips through attacking the basket as opposed to trying to get a full steam dribble and going. His defensive prowess is really what's catching my eye. Other than Shump I would say he is the peskiest and most aggressive perimeter defender on the team right now. His on ball defense has been solid keeping good position, rotations are good, and he is able to battle when switching on big guys after guarding the PG. Sometimes he gets lost in transition defense, but other than that he's been pretty good. If he could stop chucking the threes and settle for mid range game with his height he would be a much more efficient player especially with his ability to get to the rim.
