Re: GT: Nets @ Magic - Monday, 01/06/20 | 7:00pm EST
Thank you, ducler.
ESPN's Gamecast as this one heavily in Orlando's favor, and I see Vegas does as well. We're in a tailspin and on e the road, the Magic host and have put up some solid performances lately. Not having CLV for one night won't be much of a concern, AS LONG AS Garrett is healthy. Hopefully, we can dig deep for this one, scratch out a W, and give some primary contributors a lighter load tomorrow when we're back at home.
The key is going to be at the bookends. Allen will be stretched in the paint and on the perimeter by Nikola, but he can exploit his counterpart on the other end as well. Dinwiddie has out-classed many starting PG's this season, but I'm afraid he'll need to obliterate Markelle in order to lead us to a win. Look for Evan and Jonathan to go for season highs on us, Joe and Taurean really don't fare well defensively against those types. I'm crossing fingers.

We're getting quality looks early from 3. They don't have Isaac in the lineup. I'm not getting my hopes up, just pointing out some positive signs...

We need to change our PNR defense badly. An Augustine-Khem Birch PNR really doesn't require our center to hang in the paint. Huge win for the defense that allows Augustine to walk into an open jumper.

I've always hated the offensive playing leaning out of their cylinder to create contact.

Dinwiddie has got to cool it back down with the complaining.

didn't look like he had much of a case on the replay either. the head contact was from a vuc arm that was sufficiently within his cylinder and didn't move.

Brick after brick. Turnover.
I seriously don't know when this team will win another game.

Vucivic has 0 points. Fournier and Gordon have 5. And we're still down double digits... sad.

He was arguing it way after the play ended.
He needs to stop complaining.
Either way, I can already see that this game is going to be over. They are shooting 30% from the field. Awful defense.
I give up.

Prince and Temple aren't doing their jobs. At least hit your open threes for christ's sake

At this point, it looks like Kenny has run out of answers for this current team. Temple and Prince have been dreadful for a long time now, and as long as they can't make the shots they're supposed to make, we can't win another game.

Guys are missing wide open threes, I'm not sure what Kenny can do.
