GT: Nets @ Raptors, 2/8/20 730pm EST

I'll go ahead and kick things off, I don't hold out a ton of hope for the outcome but I want to see solid system development.
Kyle Lowry is out tonight due to an injury suffered last night. Not to be overly negative, but Kenny's record of making strategic adjustments on short notice is not good. It sounds crazy, but I think the All-Star PG's absence will hurt us more than his presence would, because Atkinson just suffers that badly from an X's and O's standpoint when the scouting report changes.
Spencer's Kryptonite is facing a small, strong, smart PG, which Fred Van Vleet super duper is.
Allen has the size, speed and length advantage inside tonight, but Nurse schemes so intelligently against opposing bigs, I'm not sure it will matter. If Jarrett could have an efficient 20/20 game with lockdown D, it'd give us a window of hope to eek out a W.
The clearest path to a victory seems to be Caris continuing his hot streak. He may put up numbers, but the biggest thing is limiting careless mistakes and making them pay at the FT line. The Raptors feast off of others' mistakes, so we can't have another 20-turnover game if we want to compete for the game.
PREDICTION: Nets 88, Raptors 103
