We won, but what happened today makes me wish that the Nets can get off of YES. Will they be cutting from Nets games next season when we have KD and Kyrie?

TJ looks like he could earn a roster spot next season

I just watched the replay....Lots of positives. Better communication, passing, defense.

Caris looks like he is ready for prime time. 27 points in 24 minutes.

Rodi is getting his confidence back. He needs to keep building. He shot lights out today.

Cheese had a good outing. He actually had more rebounds than Rodi. It seemed like he was always in the right spot, reminded me of J Kidd.

TJ made some important shots.

Big J another double double.

Joey headband seemed a little quiet today. Foul trouble?

All in all a strong performance, but we need consistency.

Funny how much quieter things are on social media related to the Nets. After the Pelican games, people were saying we should get kicked out of the bubble. Or that we were tanking for our lottery pick.

LeVert looked great. Showing off the 3 level scoring that he flashed during the year and the ability to heat up in a hurry. 3 mid-range shots. 3 3s. 1 floater. 9 FTs. Awesome balance. Hope he plays at least limited minutes in the final scrimmage. He's clearly a rhythm player. Sitting out for 6 days could hurt him.

Rodi needs to keep this up once he moves in as the starting 4. His shot looks good. He was aggressive going to the rim. No travels but he needs to be careful with moving screens. He had a bunch of iffy ones today but they only called one.

Random but I'm starting to see more JV and Kenny differences. We've seen no zone defense. Kenny leaned on that A LOT.

That was a really good day for us. Levert looked great, Tyler Johnson looked like how he did in his Heat days, and Rodi also had a great game, nailing his 3s.

We also see that mid-range jumpers are being taken.

Good to see Rodi back playing with edge and confidence. His 3 ball looks excellent.

Also, Tyler seems like a good addition. He can be another creator next to Caris and Crawford. Good signing.

Bad news for Musa though since that would be his ideal role. Still looks a bit awkwrd although you can tell he is trying REALLY hard. Still only 21 though.

Justin Anderson also looked like a perfect 3 and D forward. A lot of positives to take from this game overall.

I'm hoping Hall can come in and become our backup center from day 1 thus freeing Rodi to become our starting PF.

TLC does not look as PF. I'd rotate Rodi and Justin Anderson in that position. Hall and Fro as the Centers.

Best rotation as of now going into Orlando game next week:

Starters: Chiozza/Caris/Harris/Rodi/ Fro
Bench : TJ/Crawford/Temple/Anderson/ Hall

You can use TLC or Musa instead of Crawford until Jamal is back in bbal shape if he needs time.

I know It must sound like I'm beating a dead horse but Marks really dropped the ball by signing Lance Thomas instead of a C.

Someone like Amir Johnson would have been perfect for depth. Lance doesn't even look in shape.

I hope we see Hall and Jamal next scrimmage tomorrow.
