But Dame's post game interview scared me, and I think they'll likely obliterate us tomorrow, especially if we sit key players out again.

Yeah, dude is clearly pissed off. He will most likely drop a 50 burger on us. Still, I like our Allen/Rodi/Harris/Temple/LeVert line up to at least give them a fight. It may be asking a lot but we've been playing in over our heads the entire time so what's new?

The game most likely gets away from us when we go to the bench. The Blazers have elite backcourt depth with Trent Jr. and Simons backing up Dame and CJ.

No he won't, our boy Martin is going to lock him up and he'll have less then 25 8-)

Yea I'm torn, because I love Dame and he deserves to be in the playoffs. And I also still have love for Melo and would like to see him in there too. A Laker/Portland 1st round would be so much fun too and will bring in more rating. But I also love the Suns and what they've been doing in the bubble, Booker is a stud and he also deserves to be in there.

The Sixers last game of the seeding round is against Houston, and most likely Embiid will be sitting. Things are going well for the Nets.

A Mavericks win tomorrow vs Phoenix and Sixers loss will clinch us the 18th pick.

Most likely Scott Foster will be the ref tomorrow.

Allen will get 3 ticky-tack fouls by half time. To mess up our rotation, at least 1 or 2 starters will be in foul trouble. Dame will get the prime MJ whistle.

This game will be a circus.

Any reason to believe you gys will rest key starters today? I know you have 7th seed locked but i kinda figured because this group hasn't played a ton together yet Jacque would value the big game experience going into playoffs.

Portland has played well but has won a lot of close ones and that +10.5 is very tantalizing right now =)

No word yet. Personally I want the Nets to treat this as a playoff game and play our key guys.

That +10.5 does look good

i dont get why? you would risk losing the few starting calibur NBA players we have left to injury for a game that means nothing? i know toronto probably takes us in 4 or 5 games either way but id rather go in with all my bullets. especially given how frail levert, TJ, and Crawford are

It gets the Nets into playoff mode. We have 3 days off after this.

I understand if the team wants to sit guys though

We will be suiting up our entire starting five to use Portland as a tune up for Toronto.

We want to finish .500.

Looks like we’re selecting 19th in the draft. Not bad when you consider we took LeVert at 20, Allen at 22. It’s close enough.

The Spurs have officially missed the playoffs for the first time since 1997.

Feels like the Undertaker losing at Wrestlemania.

Mmmh...

Aiyä!

I've been a die-hard Nets fan my entire life.

Nobody ever knew but that's just because I am a very discreet and silent guy.

But now it's time to leave the closet.

GO NETS GO!! WE GOT THIS!!

Nets Starting Five:

LeVert / Temple / Harris / Rodi / Fro

I hope Jeremiah Martin continues to build off that Orlando win cause he’s going to see backup minutes tonight. Atleast, he looks better than Theo really ever did.

Die hard Nets fan here since 67-68 ABA days. Huge fan of Levern Tart, Tony Jackson, Dexter Westbrook (Russell Westbrooks father), Bruce Spraggins, & Stew Johnson. Have always disliked the Blazers and will be stoked to beat them tonight. Go Nyets!!!

The Sturdy Frarío Sarinsky (Saric) looks exactly the same.
I swear we could recognize him even in a photo when he was a baby.
