Early lineup data. Small sample sizes are too small to say anything definite but I'd say these are good trends. Our closing lineup has done a good job defending - and with Green + Harris on the floor, it's probably our best offense on paper.
The best part about this trio is that I don't see how you scheme against this team.

I feel like amigos is a bit overused at this point. Not to mention the rap group Migos is already out there. I like Scary hours. But I feel like we need to come up with something more intriguing

The Nets have two top 5 players and three in the top 10 or at worst top 12. That’s scary indeed!
Most GM’s would see their left nut to have one top ten player . So spoilt

Scary Hours is such a great name for this era. I just want one ring out of this. I am a Bills/Mets/Nets fan, most of my sporting life has been **** miserable.

Make sure to vote for them to start in the all star game. We don't want Jaylen Brown (who has been incredible) starting over Kyrie or Harden.

Voted for all 3. Also drummond in case we land him
i cant see kyrie not making it. he is typically among the leaders with enormous popularity with casuals

I think that we are the only team that has objectively 2 players that should be starters. The Lakers have 2 top-10 players, but I wouldn't choose Davis over Kawhi or Jokic.
You could make an argument that we deserve 3 starting nods. Brogdon has had a slightly better season than Harden, and the Pacers have a better record than us. But are we really suggesting that Malcolm is better than our even as good as James? I think not. Jaylen had a similar argument, but that same litmus test applies.

KD and Kyrie are 100% locks. you could argue they are the 2 best players in the east so far this year.
I dont see how brogdon is having a better year then harden. even if you only count his games with the nets harden is avg more points, rebounds, assists, steals, higher FG%/TS%/PER
only place brogdon has him is 3PT shooting were harden is still at 39% and FT% but harden has taken a billion more and is at 88%
nets are in a virtual tie with indy and 3-1 with harden is a better win% then indy has now
to me all3 should be no brainer locks

Remember when people said Kyrie wouldnt work with harden or allow someone else to handle the ball.
lol, morons.
Harden 25 with 10 assists. Kyrie 25 with 8 assists. both sharing the ball. both getting theirs within the offense. harden leading the league in assists and kyrie destroying people as an off-ball SG

Kind of crazy thinking how good these guys are in pairs. KD-Kyrie, KD-Harden, Harden-Kyrie. And the "Dribble Brothers" let the entire starting lineup eat tonight as well. All starters in double digits + 4 bench players in double digits. Watch all the haters in the media start to change their tune again like they did after we blew out Boston

Biggest test so far... Scary hours had PG/Kawhi shaking in their boots.
All 3 guys COOKED.
Durant 30/10 on 85% shooting against Kahwi
Kyrie 40 points on 23 shots
Harden triple double
Nets 6-1 when all 3 guys are in the lineup, and the only loss was that flukey OT loss to cleveland

Can we talk about how KD dropped 30/10 on Kawhi freaking Leonard on just 13 shots and 85% shooting?

Its so funny how people kept saying all 3 players "needed the ball."
Kyrie has proven to be one of the best off ball players in the league both here and in Cleveland. He can go minutes without touching the ball and then come back in and go on crazy hot streaks.
KD takes far fewer shots than the other 2 and still manages to put up 30. Its incredible. Hes essentially in the Bosh/Love role.
Offense overall has been better than I even thought.

Re: Official "Scary Hours" Thread
Scary Hours is the perfect name for this trio. This Clipper game was terrifying. That sequence in the 4th was just straight up unfair.
7 minutes left in the 4th and we get:
KD pull up 2
Harden TO
Kyrie 3
Kyrie layup
Kyrie 3
Harden stepback 3
Kyrie TO because he made a layup as the shotclock expired
KD pull up 2
Harden 3 FTs
KD pull up 3
5 minute stretch - 21 points. Our only empty trips were 2 TOs - one which easily could've been a bucket.
Outside of the Kyrie layup, I'd argue that there was nothing the defense could do about any of them.

Durant took Leonard right of out the game defensively. There isn't a team in the league that can defend us at 100%

KD was asked after the game about that last 7 mins and if that was what he expected when all 3 of them joined up, dude said "YEP!" !!!!

That sequence with the Kyrie TO, it looked like a foul on the initial attempt too, so Kyrie probably should have gotten free throws there.MGrand15 wrote:Scary Hours is the perfect name for this trio. This Clipper game was terrifying. That sequence in the 4th was just straight up unfair.

Some "Scary" Numbers.....
1. The Nets have won by 12 or more 6 times. that represents 27% of their wins. 5th most in the NBA
2. The Nets are 14-6 when at least 1 of the "big 3" play
3. The Nets are UNDEFEATED vs. Teams over .500 (7-0)
4. The Nets are UNDEFEATED vs. Teams over .600 (5-0)
5. The Nets are UNDEFEATED vs. Teams over .700 (3-0)
6. The Nets are UNDEFEATED vs. #1 seeds (2-0)
7. The Nets are 6-1 during "Scary hours" (Ky/KD/Beard all play)
We have no bench we dont play defense blah blah blah BLAAAAAH....
Bottom line is we have absolutely DECIMATED every good team in our path, blown out over 1/4 of our opponents (despite what @

says), are virtually unstoppable when our 3 stars all play, and our record could easily be the best in the league if not for 5 losses in the last minute (including 2 games where none of our big 3 played).GSP wrote:
