2021 Allstar Game (First results update in)

KD and Kyrie are in. Harden is just behind. It is crazy that beal is 1 among guards. he should be like 4th at best. Kyrie/Harden/Brown have all been clearly better.

Hopefully harden overtakes him. Either way all 3 should be on the roster with at least 2 starting

I just voted again. Beal having a lead like that is annoying because it looks like Harden and Kyrie are competing for that 2nd guard spot.

James Harden is a reserve. Nets will have Scary Hours in Atlanta.

Couldn't the NBA have picked somewhere like the bubble campus for this game? Having this in Atlanta is asking for trouble

Have we ever had 3 All-Stars in one year before? I know we had 2, with Kidd and Martin in 04, and then Kidd and Carter in 07...not sure if we ever had 3 at once.

I doubt KD plays so I imagine someone else will take his spot as a reserve. Maybe Trae? or FVV? Middleton?

Sabonis is a big snub. 22/12/6 on a playoff team. Pretty strange that he didn’t make it.

I mean, I do understand that punishing an individual player for a bad team record is dumb, but historically, it’s hard to make it when you’re on a bad team unless you’re doing something crazy special (like Beal leading the league in scoring) or if there aren’t that many deserving players on the better teams...but guys like Sabonis and FVV ARE deserving, and their teams are pretty good. And if we’re talking good players on bad teams...Bam deserves credit too. He’s a DPOY level big averaging 20/10/6. Miami has been disappointing, but definitely not because of him, he’s been great.

First time ever we’ve had 3 in one all-star game.
