It’s fine. Get use to load management for the next couple of seasons.

This what happens when you randomly yank guys off the court in the middle of game, then make them sit out (including not even being allowed in the facility to practive or for treamtent) then have them come back and play live full speed games.

Durant and AD will miss the lakers/nets game. hope the NBA likes seeing stars missing major nationally televised games.

yup. they said he would miss Kings and suns game but he defintely misses both LA games as well. you cant rush a hamstring. whenever its better give it 2 more weeks to slowly ramp up tp full speed

And you can bet the NBA wasn't going to have Durant sit out that saturday night game for any reason outside of major injury.

Now they risk two late night national tv games without Durant. That's what they get for pissing in the wind with these protocols, they don't have the balls to postpone national tv games but they'll yank players off the court mid game under the guise of "safety" when in reality it didn't do anything to keep anyone safe at all.

as i said since the news broke, this isnt 1 or 2 games.... this is 1-2 weeks before even being re-evaluated and maybe 3-4 weeks before he plays with a minutes restriction.

this is on the NBA. their fake safety garbage is actually putting their players at a greater health risk to injury

Yeah, I don't want to take any chances with KD's health. I'm ok with sitting him out til after the break, honestly.

Let him rest n heal thru mid march... at least.

Sucks to not see KD but its fine to be overly cautious.

As long as we have The Beard and Kyrie, we are fine. Let KD rest he played a lot of mins early on this season as is.

Another reason to anticipate March 25. The buyouts. The trades. The MLE and DPE. The use of Spencer core contract(also DJ contract likely won’t be moved, at least this season, but eventually they gonna have to realize there’s a core contract who can’t really play 30mpg. Also Shamet/Nic can be combined for something worthwhile, especially in the offseason when we can get valuable vet minimums and not require their depth). Getting the core rotation is essential.
Still this era is all load management. We got talent but aren’t 25. Going after the record won’t be our style. Chemistry for these shooting stars is a non issue.

The roughest part of our schedule before the break is over, let him chill and take as much as time as he needs. We've proven we're capable of beating the good teams without him anyway.

He shouldn't come back until he's 100% healthy. We don't need to risk anything.

I want the dude back because he is so great to watch but I'd rather have him in May than March.
