Great, bout to receive more phone calls and text messages about the Nets "buying their championship".

So, less minutes for DJ and more minutes for Alrdridge/Claxton?

I used to be a huge LMA fan. Not sure he's what we needed, but having a 5 with size that could step out and hit the 3 could be nice. Guessing this also means Clax will be playing the 4 and maybe the 3 a lot more depending on whether he'll be on the floor with LMA or LMA and Griffin.

Also love the fact that we signed him for the vet min. Like with Griffin, if it doesn't work out it's w/e and if it does then we've got another steal.

Very good signing! A stretch big and big body to throw at Joel in the playoffs. I like this much better than signing Drummond.

I think LMA is going to eat a good chunk of DJ's minutes. I was hoping for McGee but Blake/LMA for vet min. is ridiculous

I honestly didn't think we were going to sign him and I am surprised that we have. He's definitely more offense, not much (good) defense but he does give us something different. He has legitimate center size and his pick & pop ability/midrange are still very good.

Nash and .co have high BBIQ from what we've seen so far this season.

Clax is the only big that gives us awesome perimeter D on the switches + gives us good rim protection.

He's hitting threes at 36%, so I think he will fit in fine and we can probably play him and Claxton together

Good signing at the very least it keeps him off the competition. He is an experienced player who will be a huge help in the playoffs. If we have Reggie and Cheese on two way, that means we still need to cut someone. I guess Alize

I love it. And I don't think the Aldridge signing is that big of a deal, but whatever makes these other fans who talked **** about the Nets, about KD, Kyrie, Harden etc suffer I am all for.

What we really needed was a wing to keep TLC off the court, but I'll take it. No idea how they are going to manage the minutes up front now, we have so many 4/5s and still have small lineups to account for.
