Take your time and get healthy MVP.

We had enough pre-harden trade to win with just Kyrie/KD. but we dont have enough now. We would have needed Allen, Levert to make that happen.

We need all 3 now.

Maybe we cut R.Perry (if they like him that much they could probably get him over the summer), make Alize a 2way (if legal) and sign another guard?

I think we have great chemistry actually. the team has clicked. everyone knows their role and knows how to adjust based on who is in and out.

I actually think its a big advantage. if someone is in foul trouble or injuried in the playoffs we know whats what

How many more 40-burgers does Kyrie have to drop on the knicks before he has majority ownership of the knicks over dolan?

That's good news, but I also agree the Nets are normally extra cautious with injuries and after what happened tonight, no matter how good he feels and how clean his MRI's are, I don't expect to see Harden again for about two weeks.

I think it'll be more than 2 weeks. Probably closer to a month, but it depends if he really hurt it again, or it just didn't feel right.

Can we stop pulling time tables completely out of our asses like we know a thing?

Baiting silly Knicks fans on Twitter is fun lol... anyway great win by Jeff and Kyrie playing amazing.

As for harden he needs to sit for a fortnight and rest up man. This could become something on going if we don’t rest him. The MVP is meaningless award because we have bigger goals man and harden is now the most valuable piece in that big picture. Sit James and rest up

Alize Johnson has earned himself a roster spot. He brought energy and hustle and isn’t afraid to take his shot. Jeff Green was huge for us in this game. Kyrie was looking like prime AI out there. I wished we put them away instead of letting them creep around.

I think you guys are being awfully reactionary with the Harden injury.

He probably misses 4-5 games. Two months would be shocking with no structural damage on an MRI.

He just stated that he felt discomfort. This could be for many reasons including just conditioning after sitting out.

I wouldn't be shocked if he came back after 2 games. KD had to sit out because he had actual damage revealed in a scan.

Just thinking to myself, but... Would it make sense for the team to add a veteran PG?

When Harden or Kyrie is out there's a distinct lack of ballhandlers and the team tends to struggle against extreme presses. One more guy who can be trusted to bring the ball up and spell Harden / Kyrie seems like a no brainer to me...

Absolutely. I'd cut Reggie Perry in an instant for a PG that had decent size and can manage the offense.

Props to Harden for being prudent. We are in April. I need Harden in May and June.

Has anyone in NBA history ever done an ACL and come back in the same season?

I agree that judging by the FOs moves that they think Din might be back this season, but had that ever happened?

Partial tears, really early in the season, as is the case with Spencer? I can't think of prior case, but the injury timeline certainly allow for it. Partial tears usually take 4-6 months, it's just that normally the season is over by that time. Dinwiddie is on the early side of the timeline in this stage of recovery, and we can afford to be conservative AND still bring him back this season.
