Who would you cut when we have too?

No one needs to be cut so thread is pointless.

I thought you could only carry 15?

I count 17, counting Dinwiddie, but Dinwiddie is IL'd and a roster exemption.

That still leaves us with 16, so either at some point we need to cutdown to 15 or what am I missing?

I could be wrong and just don't understand the rules, but I read that eventually you have to carry only 15?

Two-way contracts don't occupy roster spots, and we have two of them (Perry and Chiozza).
