I need to see 32+ combined minutes for Claxton/Jordan:
1) Keeps blake available for tommorow, limiting his minutes to 15ish
2) Vucevic is among the worst pick and roll defenders in the league. We need a lob threat when he is on the floor
3) Bulls swich everything. 5-out was less effective vs them, need screening bigs to force help and open up threes
Cant lose this game. period.

Ramadan ends tomorrow evening. Two more games and Kyrie will be able to get back to a regular diet and proper hydration. Dude has been god tier as of late so I can't imagine how much more lethal he will be when he isn't fasting

Toughest match of the week with how murky the waters are. Levine was a buzz saw last game against Detroit and Vucevic is a Nets killer. The only way to assure a win is to have a defensive answer to at least one of them. The one I think we can really improve on though is Vucevic, honestly we have sucked against him. He likes to roll off picks and is a great finisher. He also has a tough post up shot to defend against and seeks out a mismatch. This happened a lot with Brown in the game but he exploits Harris as well. He likes to roll up to the top after a pick and is a deadly 3 point shooter from there. He camps at the wing for 3 point kick outs when others are driving. We can't give him uncontested 3's. Jordan was particularly burned this way. Claxton of course will be our best defender. Harden was the the one defender that shut him down in the post and paint early this year. Unfortunately he's not there tonight so Blake is going to be very important.I would keep Brown off the floor completely with him. Lavine - he missed 11 games and they went 4-7, he's looked like he got his conditioning back now and are on a 3 game streak, so we need to just stay on him tight and not give up easy drives. Let's get this one done!!

I would really love to see our defensive Energy and Effort (tm) carry over from the 4th quarter of Saturday's game to tonight. With 70hrs in between games, that's not likely a real thing, but I can dream, can't I?
Vucevic is likely gonna go off, he usually does against us. As others have said, exploiting his deficiency on D is the best way to neutralize his impact. DJ, I hope you're ready to run and jump for 16-18 minutes.
Young athletic marvels like Williams used to always have career games against Harris, but he has made strides defensively. Let's hope that that continues.
Brown is our best hope to slow Lavine, but he's a walking bucket. We're going to have to mix personnel AND strategy when guarding him.
On offense, the usual. Swing-swing, run our sets, make plays to get other teammates shots and limit turnovers. 7/11 get enamored with this idea of carrying the team with Hero-ball, I think they think it's noble but it's actually making us more predictable to stop. Mix in a drive purely to find an open shooter every once in a while, it'll make their job AND yours easier.
Go Brooklyn.

Want to see us come out aggressive from the outset and win a first quarter for once, it feels it's been a while since it's happened.

Bulls ready for cancun?
They look totally flat, shades of our recent starts. Feels good to be on the other side though.

If we can put this one away early it'll nice. Hope Nash won't go over 30 min with KD and Kyrie.

1 turnover vs 18 assist. Good ball movement this far.

Its hard to read too much into a game against a team that has seemingly given up on the season. But the ball movement we've had in this game so far is what made our recent losing streak so frustrating. Yes it was against better teams, but it was just painfully obvious that we just weren't even trying to move the ball much in those games.

KD with 6 ast not in double digit scoring yet. We up double digits though, coincidence?
