With the boards permission I would like to do the game threads until we lose a game.

I would love a 48min defensive effort from our guys, whether it's a blowout in our favor, a tightly contested W, or *gasp* a losing effort.

I don't expect us to lose like I did in Game 3, but honestly, I am concerned that The Stomp Heard 'Round the World will add unnecessary fuel to Boston's bellies. They might have otherwise accepted the fate of a gentleman's sweep gracefully, but after that, they won't walk the streets of Boston in peace without going all-out Tuesday.

I'm not condoning it, but if Kai receives a hard foul, I hope he brushes it off and keeps it moving. Now, onto the game itself...

I like the synergy that our Big 3 have developed. It's something that always looked likely on paper, but they just haven't played together enough to realize that potential. Now, they're maximizing each other, and at times it looks devastating!

Joe and Bruce are filling their roles admirably. Blake is dutifully soaking up a sorely needed defensive role to the best of his ability, though I wish he could give us more firepower. Nic hasn't reached the heights of his pre-quarantine form, but he's getting there. We just need whichever guards fill out the rotation to shoot efficiently and run the 2nd unit. So far, Landry, Tyler and Mike haven't inspired a ton of confidence. But that's why Nash makes the big bucks, he's got to pull the right levers and put them in positions to succeed. Coach em up, coach!

Finally, may we please call an end to the Nash-Jordan silent feud? Maybe take off the bubble wrap around DeAndre and get him some PT before the Bucks series??? I'm the first to say that he was a net negative and looked half hearted before his lengthy benching. But we could use warm bodies in the paint, and he can help us match up against Giannis, Brook and Portis. Hopefully, DJ shows the hustle and physicality we could use. A few good minutes from him could also help us not try to rush Uncle Jeffy back from injury.

they all agree with Kyrie. they know that their fans are racist and vulgar and violent. They probably view that logo as a symbol of hate, racism, and opression... not some family crest.

This isn't MLB with their weird ass unwritten rules or the NFL where guys will commit assault in order to prevent themselves from being cut by white coaches who treat them like crap because of non guaranteed contracts.

Play ball. None of these players are going to hurt one another because racist fans feel a certain way about Kyrie saying hey please don't call me a racial slur or throw bottles at me.

It wouldn't shock me if that bottle throwing incident made certain guys on the team re evaluate their futures in a Celtics uniform.

Nah I doubt that. Guys like Tatum eat, **** and gargle basketball. He will play to win.

What that means long term, I don't know. I think he'll be on the Lakers in the future (wouldn't mind him coming here either).

Thinking of going to this game. Might grab a last minute ticket. Would be nice if this game turns into a comfortable blowout.

I went to Game 1 and it was an unforgettable experience. Definitely go if you can afford it.

The crowd is incredible.

I can't find pre or post game shows, much less what channels they are on?

Also, my TV Cable Guide only lists TNT as carrying the game, not YES2 or WPIX. What's up with that?

I went to Game 3 Nets v Philly a couple years ago and it was is incredible. Hoping for a similar experience

I don’t expect Boston to throw in the towel, but I hope BK forces their hand to surrender. Get off to an early start and don’t let up one bit.
