Hawks are 3-3 with losses to cleveland/wiz/sixers. They play the wiz again today. Nets will have 2 days rest.

Trae young has been even more effected by the new rules then harden, with his FTA cut in half at less then 5 per game.

This is a game we will miss claxton. they have a ton of smalls who can score and an athletic big. drop coverage will mean young gets 30+ and capella gets dunks. we could have used claxtons speed and switching in this one.

They have played well against us the last couple years. this is a big game for us to keep momentum going.

Harden has adjusted by going straight up into the defense as opposed to fishing for fouls and things have dramatically improved in 2 games. I predict he's going to end up getting more calls now because defenders can't stop him and have to hack his arms to try to strip the ball. Dude is strong as an ox

We have got to keep Capella and Collins off of our defensive glass.

Capella is the best rebounder in the league.

also... looking at NBA.com metrics... Mills/carter are the worst in the league at the moment in "contested reb %". which isnt surprising given their height. We need to get everyone to buy in.

i dont mind getting crushed on the boards, but it cant be to the levels of the heat game.

The Beard was chilling with the kids in Harlem yesterday. Good guy stuff like this goes a long way.

If we make the Finals, we need to rock this for the entire series. God damn, that is the best court in the history of the franchise.

Don't feel great about this one. Happy to be wrong but the Hawks attack all of the team's weak points.

Hopefully can get another good defensive performance this game.

Feel like Bembry and Brown will be huge in this one. (Obvi KD will be KD)

Coming off a two game win streak against one team that is rebuilding and another that had injuries to key players, tonight will be a more difficult challenge. Harden needs to put the league on notice that he is back. Also have to defend the home court. After tonight we have an upcoming six game road trip against mostly non playoff teams.

The last couple of games seem to have put a chip on KD's shoulder, not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Millsap is back and that's good news.

Maybe the new court will get Joe and Blake back on track.....

John Collins is a GTD tonight. Not having to deal with him would be a relief. We need to make sure we focus on the defensive glass.

As we know Woj rarely speculate. Kyrie most likely going to be back next month or so.

When Kyrie gets back ATL better not get in a same bracket with us. Last year Harden and Kyrie targeted him to death, it worked flawlessly.
