Since Durant came back, we lost 4 out of last 5 games. We were on a roll prior to that. We also lost 5 home games in a row. Gee.

Our record at home is 10-10 while our record on the road is 14-3. It’s a shame we play like a lottery team at home.

The bucks winning last year was 100% a fluke. every team that played had major injuries. we would have won in 5 without kyries injury and almost won in 7 with just KD.

This game does nothing to change that. We lost to the clippers playing 5 g-leaguers. the bucks or anyone beating us at home with no KD is not a surprise. it took kyrie and a 20 point comeback to beat a decimated awful pacers team on a back to back

I'm glad people are finally coming around to realize what i've said since like 2 weeks into his hiring. Nash is not qualified to coach an NBA team. He may manage players well before tip off, but in game, he puts his players in the worst possible position to succeed and makes 0 adjustments. My thoughts...

1) Alot of hate on Harden. he had a bad game. but honestly, he was setup for failure. from the jump Milwaukee was hard trap double teaming him on every single pick and roll. forcing the ball to claxton 18 feet out with his back to the basket. There is not much Harden can do other then try and split it which is high risk for a turnover or give it to claxton who they will dare to dribble drive 18 feet and try and score. which he wisely doesnt but just hands it back to harden with like 7 seconds left on the shot clock for something forced. Thats not a recipe for Harden to do well.

Did we adjust to that? no. We ran no slip screens. we ran no Harden/KD pick and roll which they cant trap because it leaves KD wide open and unlike claxton, he'll kill you left open. We ran no staggered double screens to prevent a trap or force a switch. just continues to let harden get trapped and squeeze passes to claxton who gets the ball im no mans land.

did we run anything exotic to try and get layups off the 4 on 3 situation with claxton? nope. we just kept shooters in the corners with no cut action to the hoop on the opposite side for a lob or dump down.

2) We get ZERO open looks at a three. We are 25th in the NBA in 3-point attempts and 26th in three pointers made. you cant win like that in todays NBA. The three point looks we do get are not great. its harden step back, mills super off balance off a handoof, or KD pull up with a hand in his face.

You look at the rest of the league. they run screens, their guys move off ball, they force help. and when that happesn you get open shooters behind the three point line. we just iso harden or give KD a mid baseline post up. that and dribble hand offs are our enitre offense.

3) We have been SCOUTED! we are so predictable and adjust so little that it didnt take long for the league to see how to shut us down. part of why we did well with the rookies and guys out on COVID is that the scouting for the rrookies wasnt there and we played different.

Its easy to stop us. trap harden on pick and rolls. let KD get his iso mid range jumpers from the wing and live with it, send a hard double on a KD baseline post up, he is super high turnover prone there. Dare mills/claxton to drive. KD is great. LMA is money from midrange. but you wont win with those guys even going 60% from midrange with no threes and nothing at the rim.

4) Defensively the numbers dont look great but honestly the D hasnt been that bad. Its hard to get stops when your opponent is running all the time because we dont make shots to force them to take it out from under their own basket. On top of that, we put so much load on harden and KD to just get a shot off fighting through doubles and taking contact that they rarely get back when its a miss.

5) WHERE THE F**K WAS BEMBRY?! He literally change the game in indy and helped key our 20 point comeback. not only does he not start, he barely played. Im all for injecting some rookie energy but it makes no sense to start duke. especially if you are taking out our best energy guy to play him. If you want to sit bembry, the only excuse is to add a shooter. duke is not a shooter.

Nash needs to go. yeah our guys can play better. but i mean we also are losing games when Harden and KD combine for 65/20/20 on great efficiency. and we are losing to bad decimated teams, at home, after they have back to backs. its not working. A major change is needed and nash has been awful for over a year now.

Im so effing tired of having multiple elite superstar offensive players and yet somehow having a dog trash offense. i dont want to hear about floor spacing. if you cant make harden/KD + 3 scrubs off the street a top 10 offense then you dont belong in the league coaching.

We do NOTHING to take advantage of KD. we do nothing to force defenses to worry and get out of position. watch curry, watch lebron, watch jokic, watch trae young... these guys are put in spots where they can pressure defense and force guys out of position.

We either post KD or hand it off and no one defense needs to move or help or anything. its beyond pathetic. Nash doesnt deserve Kyrie to mask his incompetency.

Spot on. Nash does not offer much other than being personable.

Also Patty on a shooting slump for 5-6 consecutive games did not help, but we were getting beat up by G leaguers at home and away since Durant came back.

If this 5 home game losses can get Nash fired, I would not complain.

Nash excuses post game with COVID and inconsistent lineups is GARBAGE.

-Bucks missing Jrue, Divincenzo, Connoughton, Greyson Allen
-Pacers missing Brogdon, Levert, TJ Warren, Hill,....
-Clippers missing everyone

everyone is dealing with it. guys missing and guys in and out. its pathetic and i wont accept these nonsense excuses.

We suck. I’m sick and tired of the same bad starts every game. This team as constructed will not win a championship.

This is the bigger picture. When Mills can’t buy a shot, we are in trouble. Also KD and Harden are pretty awful from 3 lately. I donot even want to mention Griffin’s
3pt shooting…

With Kyrie and Joe back, we should be ok. Tho we need one more shooter..If we can’t trade one, can we develop(more playing time)Thomas or Edwards and hope that they can turn into a rotation player come playoff time?

To be fair Steve Kerr never logged one min as an assistant either.

Nash did work as a consultant for the Warriors before joining Brooklyn.
