God I hate all the Harden fans that are now spamming every post about the Nets on Twitter. Don’t get why such an aesthetically ugly game-style that is ineffective in the later rounds of the playoffs has made so many fanatics

Dre impact was huge tonight. His ability to rebound and eliminate second chance points helping us tremendously. Will be huge for us going forward.

Watched this game with a smile on my face for the first time in a long time (might have had a slight smirk during the 4th quarter of the Heat game)

Harden at his best is a MVP quality player. But I'm not missing that no D, bricklaying, turnover machine in the slightest. And he cost us Jarrett Allen, **** that guy

We needed this game and this win.

Tonight the Nets played team basketball, competed defensively. We kinda relied on Seth a bit too much but it worked out as Cam stepped up, and Bruce Brown played a multi tool game tonight.

I hope tonight is the step in a right direction that we needed.

Patty is doing far more than he needs to do due to the state of our team. He’s a catch & shoot and screen & shoot guy, who can put the ball down and get layups on occasion. He’s been forced to do a lot more dribbling and PG stuff than he’s actually good for.

While I do believe our ceiling was higher with the Big 3, I think Marks neutered them by not surrounding them with the off-ball shooters and versatile defenders needed to adequately play off of them. This is why when one or two of the stars aren’t playing, we went to being a bottom of the league team.

Now that we have more quality depth in various departments, we can play a number of different ways at a high level (Steve Nash permitting).
