The Knicks have played better recently but the Nets now have to play playoff basketball intensity in every game. We have to capture the 7th seed to avoid a play in scenario in Toronto.

The Sixers game was the blue print. We have to be aggressive on both ends. KD has to dominate.

Playoff/locked in Kyrie is a different beast. The last week+ we have played the top 3 teams in the east. the result:

I think people forget just how good kyrie is cause he plays with durant and has been off the court so much. The season he had last year is one of the 10 best scoring seasons ever and one of just 4 years of 27ppg on 50/40/90. He is playing at a prime Bird/Curry/KD level offensively the last 2 seasons

Look at the names you listened you have to care about bball to reach that level. I get some frustration about the Kai situation. But to question if he even wants to be a basketball player, his making alot of yall look stupid.

Cavs not going to hold on to that 6 seed. They going to plummet from here. They keep playing around they'll end up at 9 soon quick.

I don't know now about this team. This Kyrie situation is what holding us hostage. Ben is a luxury addition, Kyrie is that piece that will make or break us. Staying at 8 and going vs ATL or Cavs might be best option for us. At the end of the day I have no doubt we'd be getting that 7 seed.

As for this Ping Pong team. I won't mind losing
the game so we just can fugazi their s*** . It'll do more damage in a min.

So, Prok optimistically listed Kyrie as one of our starters for today. I'm right there with on hope, BUT just in case Adams doesn't about face at literally the last second, we're not gonna have KAI today. So, who would be your pick to start?

My guess is it'll be Johnson. Along with Kevin and Drummond, I'm not a fan, but Steve seems to be force feeding PT to James right now.

I would be happy with Dragic getting the start. He seems to get defenses on their heels, and create open looks off of generic system action.

I love Patty, but no thank you to him starting. When it was necessary and we had no one else, he did a yeoman's job, but he paid for it on the back end. He looks comfy in his 22mpg role now, let's leave him there.

Could Cam reprise his role as Knicks killer? Do we get schwifty and switch everything with Nic??? You tell me!

idc if KD turns the ball over 8 times, or Drummond gets neutralized on offense by a 6'4" defender under the basket, or Johnson plays (h/z)ero ball for 38 mins straight... Just please find a way to avoid a letdown loss to the Knicks of all teams right after putting the fear of God onto East contenders & their fans with last game's annihilation of the Sixers.

It's already too late in the season for this 'one-step-forward, two-steps-backward' BS... We need to finally make sustained progress towards reaching our true Nets-level in time for the Play(offs/in).

They should be the betting favorites. it will be mostly knicks fans in the stands. Thibs >>>>>> Nash and the knicks just went toe to toe with the grizz. they wont blow another 30 point lead and 1 star aint enough fo nash.

The knicks team isnt far off the depleted heat team that just embarassed us

I hate that this is a 1PM weekend start. those games are always low energy and we come out low energy to start with. i think this will be like last game only we dont erase the 30 point lead this time.
