2022 Summer League Thread ( Nets vs Sixers - 07/10/22)

Come on, man. It’s July. There’s really no reason for no summer league thread.

Another example of the negativity in this forum. Don’t ask for a rebuild and don’t support summer league play from our only youngsters. The priorities and logic of this board is astounding.

Nice to see Ben Simmons supporting his team. Anybody see those 2 little entitled crybabies ?

Kessler Edwards messed with his shot mechanics a bit and it doesn't look great so far.

Was hoping for more of a leap from the young guys but Duke looks like the only one so far. Kind of disappointing.

Has Cam's three point shooting looked any better? I missed the first game

Sample size is too small to tell really. Looks about the same to me. He won't get many catch and shoots as the first option tho.

Missed most of this game but Sharpe hasn't looked to bad.

That dunk he had was brutal. Day'ron can be really good if he can improve defensively

His efficiency today is about where it was last season. Not a good sign

Duke Jr. Looks improved. Is he still on a two way?

BTW Duke turned down a 2-way contract because he wants a regular roster spot. He's 100% playing like he deserves one. Not sure what the stats say but he's been our best player.

He’s even been at nearly every Liberty home game. He’s been supportive since joining and rehabbing his back.

I wish our fanbase would show him some support themselves instead of trying to package him away for anybody.

Its crazy Ben is a mid range away from being a top 10-15 player, and ppl just wanna ship him out. Since being trading he has shown that he really wants to be here and make this his home.

Sharpe looks more athletic out there and Alondes Williams is league ready as a passer right now.

ACC POY, 6'5 and pretty athletic too, wonder why he was an UDFA?

You can hate on Nash all you want but Cam won't last long in the league with this mentality. His game 1 in the summer league was a gross chuck fest where he made no effort to make the right passes or look for open teammates. This guy needs to humble himself quick. Shooting over double teams is going to land him in the G League or in Europe in 2-3 years.

Wow. Someone is feeling himself when his game hasn't improved at all.
