How is this guy 41 years old!?

Should the Nets re-sign him for a championship run? He’s still balling on a pro level and could be a good veteran in the locker room.
Joe Johnson or Carmelo Anthony for a 1 year vet minimum deal?

I would rather give a young hungry player a shot. Maybe a player who was in the league and got cut because they were not ready, like a Rodi type. I would go for a risk-reward that might put us over the top. Don;t get me wrong if we signed Joe or Melo you guys won't be talking me down off the roof, but I think the best thing for a locker room is winning.
Also, I am still pulling for David Duke. My gut is telling me he will see plenty of PT this season.

Nope. No amount of Yoga on earth can beat father time.
Good to see Joe doing well tho, he was a cool dude.

41 is old in basketball years, in people years thats still young. Being stinking rich with a cook and all the free time in the world also helps

Between him and Melo, I would lean Joe. But we have younger options, that can do the dirty work and little things. That's what we need more than another hooper who can't guard a position.

Joe was/is one of my all time favorite players, but I think I would deter from bringing him back. I would rather them bring in a younger piece, or develop some of the youngsters already on the roster to get more pt.
