i'm no longer backing Vaughn as a replacement so I hope this is quite QUITE tentative and temporary.

They should’ve done this in the offseason

Can't get exited because even worse option in Jacque Vaughn will be installed :noway:

Can't wait to hear the presser on this.

Shoutout to the poster, or was it twitter, who called it/mention that when Kenny was fired it was after a win.

Last night got a win, we won the morning following. success!

Snake, antivax and trash all should've been gone. We waisted a year for no reason, simply because Tsai/Marks wanted to please bandwagon fans who where loud.

It got toxic once snake and antivax signed here.

We all know this should've happened right after the Boston series. Inexcusable to go into the season - knowing that he was a bad coach, knowing that he didn't care much about coaching - and expecting different results. Now we have MORE unnecessary drama.

The downside here is that Vaughn is arguably worse than Nash.

The slight upside with this move is that the season is so early that we might actually be able to sign a good coach.

Quin Snyder is out there. Woj says we're interested in Udoka. We're probably the only organization with 0 morals or PR sense that would sign him while mid-suspension with another team. Udoka is definitely the best option. No doubt about that.

INTERIM is the key word. Thank God it's over though! Now the Nets can redeem themselves by getting a real coach(Udoka) and be considered contenders. The roster was so underwhelming in its performance that it cannot go on like this with this much talent; The roster is too deep and my prediction of contenders is back unless they flail and get a non competent coach. A Udoka hire turns us into instantaneous contenders.

Would the team give up a first rounder for Udoka (thats what the Celts got for Rivers)? Do they have a first rounder to give?

I don't see Ime as a good development coach. Ok HC overall that overachived behind Brad. People got carried away with hype without thinking what really happened.

I rather bring Borrego or Snyder. Not one of their haters has legit case to say they underachieved or bad coaches without system that can be adjusted.

He got a promotion. We never gave him a chance.
