Better late then never…..

Nets playing some inspired ball. Up 17 with 6 minutes left in the third.

Lovely, they let them back in the game. We need Kyrie back in the whole fourth now.

Of Joe's contract would've been 10m. I bet none of us here would complain what Joe did/does.

Speaking of contracts. If Nic keeps this up... after next year he won't cost us 10m. He be getting Ben's money.

And he's riding the bench right now, if he is back in, who knows if his momentum is thrown off.

Kyrie doing ISO is because the game calls for it. Last two minutes when you are up, you need to go to your best player.

Great bounce back win short handed. We’re really developing as a team defensively without a steady rotation.

No KD, No Ben, No TJ. Great test.

I know you can never have enough shooting, and Curry can get really hot, but I think Marks needs to move Curry just to save Vaughn from himself. We're better when we play bigger guards.

Nice win, I thought we would of lost this one because Knicks have been playing well. We shot very good from 3 tonight but that won't happen too often so good thing we capitalized off it. This is how we win without KD, we have to shoot incredibly well from 3 and play tough grind out defense. Had we not made all them 3s we would of lost because Knicks was scoring however they wanted.

Kyrie is Mr. 4th quarter but he really needs to relax on throwing up them 3 pt shots, I rather him break down the defense and take a mid range shot, those are open all day for him.

Connect the Dots

Observation 1: You just beat the Knicks, a much better team than those you recently lost to. Ex. Pistons, Spurs.
Observation 2: Ben Simmons did not play in this game.
Question: Coincidence?

Last 3 min he shot yolo 3's because he knew better.

We got some serious coaching issue.

Now do the games where we won because of Ben.

Come PO he will be needed. That D alone can mitigate lot's of short comings. We need that perimeter D and 6 fouls.

We need him for Saltics and Bucks match ups. He's best we got and it's not even close.

Right on both points. Wish the Nets would of gave Nic a 4 year deal instead, we would of been in great position. But now we gotta give him a full max when his contract expire, I just hope Ben is off the team by then.

Yeah I was yelling at the sky when it came out it was only a 2 year deal... Could have just been a situation of Claxton betting on himself and not wanting to accept a longer deal with partial guarantees (which was likely the original offer given his injury history)...
