GT: Nets v Miami || Wednesday 2/15/23 || 7:30 PM

Read on Twitter

Last 3 games: Win against the Bulls post Kyrie, and 2 losses (Philly and NYK) post KD.

What do we have in store tonight?

Will Spencer put up 20 FGAs? Will Bridges show us some elite 2 way ability? Will Clax hold his own against Bam? Will Ben play more than 13 minutes and show us some signs of hope? Seth is back tonight too.

Heat looking pretty banged up:

Kyle Lowry PG - Out
Nikola Jovic F - Out
Tyler Herro PG - Out
Victor Oladipo SG - Out
Duncan Robinson F - Out

With Seth off the injury report, that means he will probably play. Let's see who mins he takes.

Hopefully he doesn't cut into Cam's mins.

Also I'd like to see Yuta play. It would a total waste of his development this season to bury him on the bench by playing Royce/Sharpe way too many mins.

I just want to see the team play with the energy we brought against Chicago and Philly. Something wasn't right that last game. There was a play where Claxton had a nice and-1 and was hyped but the rest of the team looked like they just woke up.

same starting 5 again for brooklyn. who starts isn't as important as who finishes but i'm still disappointed to not see cam t or simmons get a shot with a more prominent role. would be nice to see a big bounce back effort in a winnable game against the team right behind them in standings.

Hopefully in tonights game we show our defensive abilities and hold the Heat under 100.

A win going into the all star break would be huge.

I hope to see less Dinwiddie, more Cam T and Sumner

So I guess we're going to see Ben exclusively at C going forward. I have no idea why Curry is getting any time.

Vaughn sucks.

I don't really understand why Cam, Sumner, or Yuta aren't getting any time.

I don’t get why Yuta getting 0 minutes since the trade , he was so positive player before then

This offense isn't nearly good enough. In the half court, Ben needs to set picks and that's it. We seem to be running the offense through him and it's terrible.

I understand that. It's a numbers game. There's many better wings in front of him. He's going to be a FA, and he shouldn't get time over CJ, Bridges, DFS, O'Neale, Simmons or Harris all of whom are expected to be back or are under contract for next year.

Why isn't Bridges in the game? He's been on the bench for a while.

Strongly disagree Harris is not better than Yuta at any aspect of the game , especially on Defense

Yuta is definitely better than Harris and Simmons

Bridges and Cam need more touches. They were cooking and the team kept going away from them.

I feel like our offense was pretty damn bad but we also missed a lot of open 3s too.

Curry and Harris really don't belong on this team. We could give their minutes to Sumner and Yuta and i wouldn't be mad at all.

Noticed how we're much better with Spence not chucking shots?

Bridges is having a solid game so far, but he needs more minutes and plays for him. 17pts in 15mins with shooting splits of 75/50/100. More importantly, excellent D with 2 blocks and a steal.

Cam is also having quite a productive game. 11pts in 10mins, 60/50/100 on just 4 attempts.

We just need to tighten our D and get Clax going and we'll have a chance to win this game. Hopefully, our 3 will come around.
